  4. Fleet Management Module

    I need to:
    View individual reports of fill-ups and service done for your various vehicles.
    Set due dates to complete services, and enable email or SMS reminders.
    Track vehicles on the field, and follow up on their current service status.

  8. manufacturer api

    Add MANUFACTURER to the API when listing items. Currently, you can only get manufacturer when you get a specific item. When I pull in all of my items into the database I can't get the manufacturer.

    The only way around this is to go to each individual item and pull it. This is a major performance hit for both of us.

  10. Reduce Visibility of Inactive Items

    Items in Zoho Inventory cannot be deleted, only marked inactive, once we have created transactions for the items.
    In our business and many more I assume, the list of inactive items keeps on increasing as we keep developing or trading new items each day.
    Ideally, I would have wished to delete the old items which are not in use anymore, but marking them as inactive is a workaround which is fine.
    The only problem is that the inactive items are too much visible everywhere. Below is the feature request I am proposing:

  11. Can't edit Custom fields in invoices once they are used somewhere

    Zoho books should allow correction or changes in custom fields even if they are used somewhere in some invoices in past.

    Rather which changing it can ask whether you want to update changes in past invoices as well ?

  12. Massive import of products: problems and suggestions

    Hello!!

    Our company works with nearly 10,000 items, most of them with the world color, size, capacity, size, among others. Our suppliers present files (csv) with all the necessary data.

    I run into some problems when importing, which I understand, I must do it by Article Groups.

    1) It is not possible to duplicate the "Name of group of articles": in our case this is essential that there are articles that are duplicated in their name but of different characteristics and suppliers.   14. Can see the correct status when exporting sales orders

    When the sales orders are exported the status for each SO is 'Open' and not a true representation of what is shown on screen

  18. Multiple companies/projects under ONE master Customer & Portal

    We work with customers that have multiple construction projects. Each building project has its separate budgedt, and its separate location. It is the same customer, so invoicing and corporate contact information is the same across all projects, but all orders, paymetnts, shipments, invoices, cost center, and Account Statement should be separate for each one. Also, this functionality should be available in the customer portal so the customer should be able to see how much it has payed and owes per construction project... Right now we are registering each project under a different visualization name (same company) so we have everything…

  19. To add a new field in Sales orders view . It will be nice to be able to see the locations for deliveries.

    in my case i work with a small transportation company that works by emails and phone calls. so all shippings are confirmed manualy by me. sometimes i wand to see the quantity delivered to a specific adress. this will be useful i think.
    Great software that help startup companies.

  20. Scrap & Damage warehouse -For Free no cost

    Any damage stock found in phsysical can be transfered to scrap ware house or an expiry , so it wont be in running ware house , so it wont get invoiced . this ware house should come free as part of invetory pack
