provide option to append to package notes and shipment notes via API
it is currently possible to update shipment notes and package notes via API, despite the fact that it is not documented (see further down in case it helps anyone before they update the documentation)
i would like the option to append to notes rather than update notes, that way i could avoid an extra request to get the current notes first
just in case it helps anyone, here is how to update shipment and package notes

Connect orders to certain estimates in Zoho Invoice
We create estimates in Zoho Invoice and when the customer accepts it, I create an order for this product in Zoho Inventory.
Now it would be great if you could connect the order to the estimate.

Assignment of Specific Orders to Specific User (URGENT!!)
Hello,
Since multiple warehouse feature has been rolled up since long ago, why is there no option to assign specific orders to specific user?
For instance, if we sold an item that is stored ONLY in warehouse A, then user A should only be able the only one that is able to view the order.
warehouse B does not have the item so user B should not be able to view it.
Only admin can view all sales order while specific user should be restricted to specific orders assigned to them.
We have requested them for many months but no…

customizable exports..
Since you can only export the first 25,000 lines allow custom filters/advanced search to export only what is wanted . Also there is currently no way I can find to export all contacts after you hit 25k.

Integrate Inventory with Outlook
The facility to send estimates, acknowledgements, purchase orders etc through Zoho is great BUT, we use MS Outlook (Office 365) as our mail server so currently when we send an estimate or other document we have to create it in Zoho Books, produce a PDF and send it as an attachment in Outlook. This creates a whole load of unnecessary work. Would be better if we could "point Zoho" at our Outlook and tell it to use that for our outgoing documents, then we have one place to search for sent documents. Also, some of our documents go to customers…

Possible to register more products delivered than ordered
Now it is not possible to register more products delivered than ordered while often the supplier could send more just because the minimum amount was not met or they just where wrong. Now you can not do anything with these products... not put them in inventory (so more stock) or make a return ticket to the supplier. This is, in my opinion a very important issue to be solved.

Allow click through tracking on manual shipments - LiAllow click through tracking on manual shipments - Link to shippink to shipping carrier
It would be amazing if we can have it so that when a tracking # is entered on a shipment, we would be able to click it to quickly track the status of the shipment on the carriers website.
Ideally the system would automatically track manual shipments too (at least by popular carrier) or have an integration with aftership but at the least a hyperlinked tracking # should be very easy to accomplish.

Making the Order Reference# field editable and transfer within POs and SOs
When we get an order and use the Reference# field to demote customer reference, this fiels is not transferred from SOs to POs. So if we use dropshipment we have to write this field again to the vendor so the vendor sends packages with this reference. Otherwise customers find packages in front of their doors that they cannot relate their PO references.

Have a Report for Composite Items that can be boxed
I plan on selling mainly composite items as most of my sales can be "configured" but i need to track how many of each configuration i can produce/box before i enter a sales order.
