  1. New Shipment features

    Is there any way that when you are doing a new shipment it could have the option to "select all" packages?

    Also could there be another feature where you can edit a shipment before it is marked as delivered.

  3. Export transactions for filing sales tax returns

    The current sales tax integration (Avalara) is all about looking up the rates based on src/dst addresses. But there is absolutely NOTHING for helping you FILE your sales tax returns. The ability to export transactions to a service like Avalara TrustFile, TaxJar, Taxify, etc, would be extremely helpful. Currently there is nothing at all, not even a report with the necessary fields so you can manually export to a CSV.

  4. Trigger a mail to Customer/Contact Owner after adding a CONTACT/CUSTOMER details

  6. Add Composite Items to Zoho Books Standard

    Add Composite Item only alongwith Bundling feature to Zoho Books. That way machine manufacturer like me dont need any other part of Zoho Inventory only Bundling feature to create assemblies of raw materials & manage inventory accordingly. I can use only one platform Zoho Books & don't need to switch between two platforms Books & Inventory.

  7. The ability to @ users to notify them of an action

    Use the @[username] to tag a user so they are notified when they are mentioned in comments.

    this function is available on numerous other Zoho apps

  8. Create Inventory detail report

    Urgent request! Zoho Inventory needs better reporting. QBO offers Summary Inventory reports that we can drill down to get to the detail. Zoho needs to be competitive.

  9. Zoho Inventory FIFO Instant Invoicing

    We should be able to create invoices with a single click with serial and batch tracking to be done on first in first out bases. Currently we have to create an invoice manually and select each product and it's particular batch.

  11. Warehouse Transfer Orders - Tracking / notification / more visibility

    We have 3 warehouses along the country.
    When we move items between warehouse, today we dont have any way to follow the transit at all because in our location we dont have any of the providers you offer to make the transit tracking.
    Today to follow the transit is mandatory to have a Tracking Number for an integrated transport service supported.

    Please add the Transfer Order the estimated time of arrival to destination.

    Im asking also for more visibility of this info. Displaying in the "Item" that an amount of that product is in transit form A to B and…

  12. Transfer Orders - Tracking info for not supported providers

    Please allow in the "Track Stock Order" functionality to add custom tracking. This will allow to add our country currier nots supported yet but we can add the

    • Name of the transporter
    • Tracking number
    • Field to add the link to get the status of the transit.

    Or allow "Fields Customization" so we can create this fields and make all the integration with Zoho Flow to make the automation of the reception with our local shippers.

  15. Include proper tax detail in Shopify Sales Orders - City, State, County

    When a Sales Order is sync'd from Shopify the taxes are generally labeled as:
    Shopify Sales Tax[6.5] (6.5%)
    Shopify Sales Tax[2.00] (2%)
    Shopify Sales Tax[1.00] (1%)

    When in reality these taxes are State, County, City taxes. This massively impairs reporting to tax authorities when using Zoho.

    The Tax Group on the Sales Order appears to come in correctly - likely based on the contact in Zoho, however, each line item gets the Shopify General Tax Group assigned and the SO Tax Summary has the General Shopify labels for each of the 3 tax lines. I was told this can not…

  16. bulk quantity adjustment of items

    Bulk quantiy adjustment of Items. When we do a full inspection of the physical stock and some items are less or more, we should be able to adjust all the items together in one file as opposed to doing them individually.

  17. Merge purchase orders

    Hi, is there any plan to make the purchase orders merged?
    Because: what does a retailer do? Buys items in bulk from wholesalers, then sells them in small quantities. At the moment, when he got some orders from clients for the identical item, he has to create a purchase order for it by hand. ALternatively he can send the purchase orders to the wholesaler one-by-one, but I am sure that the wholesaler won't be happy with it.

  19. Templates for Orders. Like you have In ZOHO CRM.

    In ZOHO CRM you have ability to choose editable template how ORDER look like in printing or PDF export. This function is really lacking in ZOHO INVENTORY. Is it in plans?

  20. Saved cards in Zoho Books transfer to Zoho Invoice

    Currently you can saved a credit card and charge it in Zoho Books. Saved cards in Zoho Books should be transferred to Zoho Invoice for easy charging while doing shipping. Zoho Invoice should also have the option to add and save credit cards in the contact log, and also would be nice to charge in Zoho Invoice. Cut the back and forth.
