  1. Display Items only under selected warehouse

    I am trying to build mobile apps on top of Zoho inventory for our clients. Based on user location, i want to display items available under the nearest warehouse and not all available items in my inventory. Is there a way to achieve this? if not, is it possible to provide this feature?

  2. add single package for multiple sale order

    we are into eCommerce business and doing retail export
    following option will be very helpful
    1.single package for multiple sale order
    or
    2.package based on invoices...After converting multiple saleorder into single invoice there should be a option to create package from invoice ..as it is not possible to split invoices for multiple shipments. we will not able to attached single invoice(attaching invoice along shipments is mandatory as per gov rules) along all multiple shipments

  4. Integration with Facebook Page Store Catalog

    I am using Facebook Store Catalog but I would like to have it integrated with Zoho Inventory so it displays the correct number of items available automatically.

    THE COGS UNNECESSARILY INCREASES EVERYTIME I MAKE A SALE. WHAT IS THE POINT OF IT? I HAVE ALREADY MADE A PURCHASE ENTRY IN THE PREVIOUS FINANCIAL YEAR AND NOW WHEN I AM MAKING A SALE IT IS INCREASING THE COGS GIVING WRONG ACCOUNTING NUMBERS. HOW CAN THIS BE SOLVED?

  7. Default background to white for product image thumbnails

    Noticed today when uploading some product images, that if it was a PNG with transparent background, it's placed inside a black square in certain places in Zoho Inventory such as thumbnail view for item list, item groups, sales order compose screen etc.

    Is it a simple fix to make these appear instead with a white background? It does so in critical places (like SO/Invoice PDFs), but it slows down work a little bit in the back end when we have to try to decipher the product from an all-black thumbnail.

  8. Allow to create re-Invocies for a Sales Order after the Previuos Inovice has been marked as Void

    We have created an Invoice from a Sales Order and for some reason marked the Invoice as Void. The software does not let us re Invoice the Sales order since there is already an Invoice created for the Sales Order.

    But we want an option to re invoice the same Sales Order since the previous Invoice was marked as Void and has no legality.

  9. Enable accounting of shipping charges and recording of shipping charges in sales return

    Please introduce a feature where,

    1. The shipment charges given during shipment is automatically recorded in Zoho Books

    2. Recording of Shipment charges or Sales Return and Invoicing the same to the Customer.

  10. Bundles availables

    That the Bundles are shown active if each sku that makes it up has stock. In other words, dont pre-assemble each package. Let zoho check the availability of each sku. If you have stock of all the elements that make up the bundle, show the Bundle with stock

  11. To increase variations limit up to 250

    It is not possible to fetch the items if there are large number of variants.

    Our product may have 3 materials, 10 sizes, 40 designs. Ebay has 250 variations limit , etsy 400. But Zoho has only 100 variations limit!

    Please, increase it. Everybody needs at least 250 (because ebay allows it).
    I am sure , ebay will increase this limit soon.

  12. Add serial number search

    We should be able to use the search bar to search for a serial number and to know to which client the SN was added. We also need to be able to have somewhere where we can add information to the serial numbers (ex : SN 064, started using a new glue, SN 075 reverted back to the old glue) that way, if there's a problem we can a do recall to specific customers.

  13. ** Backorder & other shipment status icons **

    Currently Zoho makes great use of small icons to indicate specific statuses, like drop ships, back orders, forced fulfillment, etc. These are great, but they are flawed.

    Some examples:

    A back order icon pops up when you do a back order, great - this indicates at first glance that this sales order is on back order. But what happens when the order is received from your supplier? Ive noticed that even upon complete fulfillment of a sales order, the Back order icon remains. This is flawed, it should either disappear or better yet, switch to a new icon that indicates…

  14. Update Drop Shipping - Allow for back order tracking

    The current workflow for drop shipping, while helpful, is over simplistic. There are times when a drop ship may not be in stock at the vendor, so there is in fact a backorder in place before the vendor fulfills the order.

    Currently, when a drop ship is raised the system automatically marks the sales order as shipped. In the event that a B/O is in effect at the vendor, theres no way to track this and it is misleading in the system as it seems as though the order shipped when it didn't.

    I would like to see a change…

  15. Create dedicated software for machine manufacturing

    We are machine manufacturing unit. Machine is basically made up of so many sub assembly, parts and assembly. And every part should contain some amount of raw material. And This will create one bill of material of one order.
    The whole module of manufacturing should work around the Design And Bill of material of machine. Every Part or Assembly will have to move in between perticular department (Issue and submission). And then one final machine should created.
    The whole module of the software should contain key manufacturing departments like store, fabrication, assembly, QC, Design etc.
    As of now no zoho…

    People in China warehouse want to see only packages made in China. If they see all the packages made in Russia too - it makes a mess.

  19. Able to export Serial Number list of All orders

    We can export an excel sheet of all the serial number of the product that has been shipped in this sale order.I need the serial number list for updating on my website for our dealers to track warranty of a product
