While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    There needs to be more mappable fields between the Inventory app and the CRM App. When items are added with Images to the Inventory app, there doesn't seem to be a way to map these so that they can be used in the CRM app.

    ALL fields (text/images etc) that are used/available in the Inventory app need to also be available/switchable on/off based on configuration in the CRM app. I'm now having to do double the amount of work to get the CRM app working as I would like.

  2. Exporting feature for the batch details report

    The "Batch details report" feature can only generate the report on the browser and there is no export button on that page. May we request to have an export feature for this report?

    Can we also suggest to show on that report the manufacture - expiry dates of each batch, qty sold, qty available for selling, committed qty, SKU, item name, description.

  4. Poder marcar artículos en una factura en comodato (alquiler) o vendido.

    Nuestra empresa presta un servicio que contiene Hardware. El cliente tiene posibilidad de comprar el Hardware o de tenerlo en comodato (alquilado) durante el tiempo que dure el contrato.
    Desde inventory, no podemos saber cuánto es el Hardware que tenemos vendido ycuándo tenemos "prestado" a los clientes.

  5. Transaction Locking in Zoho Inventory

    Dear Zoho Inventory Team
    We want to apply Transaction Locking in Zoho Inventory as some of the Zoho Operators in our Company record invoices in previous dates which causes us trouble.

  6. Printing Inventory Reports with product images and ability to choose which columns you want visible

    We signed up to Zoho inventory for how well it functioned and how visuallly pleasing the pages were displayed on a web browser - not realising how basic any printing functions would be. Not having the ability to choose an Item Group (only items) or the option to display the product images in the report or choose what coloumns are shown in pdf report, is extremely frustrating - and a basic requirement.
    The layout in Item Groups page would suffice, however there is no print function for this page at all?

    Again, the app is so nicely displayed on web…

  7. IF WE CAN FIND PROFIT AND LOSS REPORT IN ZOHO INVENTORY IT WOULD BE GREAT

    IF WE PURCHASE AN PRODUCT IN Rs. 100 and SOLD OUT IN Rs 110 SO IN THIS WE ARE GETTING Rs. 10 AS PROFIT SO FOR MORE PRODUCTS MORE PROFIT MAY BE THERE AND IN DIFFERENT FOAMS SO THIS IS MY SUGGESTION AND ALSO WE CAN CHEACK AVERAGE OF A PRODUCT HOW MUCH WE SOLD WITH IN 3-4 MONTHS

  9. Purchase Order Limits for Users

    It would be good to set a purchasing limit for each user that they can approve up to, but require approval from someone with a higher limit.
    E.g. warehouse technician can place and authorize POs for purchases up to £500, but will seek authorisation for POs with a value above that.

  11. Damaged items or stolen

    Being able to see in a report all your products damaged or stolen. Nowadays, we can see the adjustment in the inventory and we have to click one by one.

    What I suggest is to have the option of clicking in damaged items and to see all the products that have been damaged (having filters with dates and products)

  12. Value adjustments on batch tracked items

    Attempting to do an inventory value adjustment on an item with batch # tracking produces an error. Documentation states to select the batch but no such option is available and adjustment fails because batch is not selected.

  15. Make bulk editing more seamless

    I have to delete Item Groups one by one... WHY is bulk delete not an option! There are some things that are great about Zoho, but now I'm remembering why I didn't use it before. Simple functionality is missing! You have a great big picture, but actually using the platform is infuriating!

    Estimados:
    En Ordenes de Compra, Recepcion Parcial, han traducido la ultima columna como "cantidad por recibir" donde tendria que decir "cantidad recibida" que es justo lo contrario
    Si pudiera enviarles una captura de pantalla lo haria

  20. Automatically Create Invoice and Package Order for Sales Orders Originating from an Online Store

    There needs to be an option to automatically create an Invoice and Package order for every Sales Order that comes in, especially for online stores where shipping is required and payment is recieved at the time of the order. Without this feature, the people handling the shipments have much more work that they frankly should not have to do.
