itemwise stock feature on zoho inventory mobile app
Our sales team is using Zoho mobile apps while on the move, But they are unable to see item wise stock details on the zoho inventory mobile app, we need to have this feature on the mobile app of zoho inventory

add total value option to Packing Slip Template
We need a total value option on our Packing Slips, to provide the Declared Value for Customs on each package, both in the table and in the Header area where package #, order date, and Total Quantity belong. Right now I have to do that process manually, and double check to make sure everything adds up. It is time consuming, and it could be a very easy addition since the information is already contained in the data tables.

Manufacturing & Expiry Dates to track stock for FIFO, and to save damages.
Please enable this feature in zoho inventory while receiving goods against Purchase order. we can input exp and mfg dates and again while packaging is raised it can show fifo articles.

Order quantity and delivered quantity shown on Packing Slips.
We often send out partial orders and up until now, we manually create packing slips that for each item not only show the quantity of this shipment, but also the quantity ordered and the quantity that was already shipped. SO, if a customer has ordered 20 laptops and he already received 10, the current delivery package slip of 5 pcs would show "5" (qty), "ordered: 20" and "Delivered 10".

Integrate sales orders/Invoices in ZOHO with Shopify store
We currently have Shopify as our store. We love the integration between the store and ZOHO inventory. Our issue is with estimates in Books. There is no way to turn an estimate into an order and process it through Shopify for fulfillment.

Multi VAN SALES OPTION in addition to MultiWare House Option.
I am currently creating my Delivery VANS as Warehouse. Hence there needs to have a multi Ware house and Multi Vans sales option, where items maybe moved from Multi Ware house to a single or multiple Vans for the days sales. Different ware house may store different products that needs to be moved to a Van for delivery and inventory of sale tracked against that VAN. Current verions of Zoho Finance has only 5 ware house, while I am planning to have 2 to 3 ware house and 5 to 10 VANS.

Inventory serial number
Currently there is serial number tracking, but to enter serial number is completely chronic, we are getting approximately 1000 pieces of one product, and for tracking of that, i need to enter serial number 1000 times,
Suggestion is to provide some automatic serial number generation where prefix can be fix and suffix can be incremental counter or other way to generate auto serial numbering, like SKU generator.

Multiple entries of quantity entered of a particular item in Sales Order and then show total quantity
I have Fabric supply business.
Let's say Customer ordered 550 Kg. We have big fabric rolls which we have to weigh one by one. We can not weigh all the rolls and write down at paper, sum it and then enter in Quantity field of Zoho Inventory or Books while making SO/Invoice/Credit Note.
There should be an option in which i select the item name/fabric name and then enter weight of each roll one by one and it automatically sums and update the Quantity field with the total and the individual entries are also visible with Items name in SO/PO/Credit…4 votes -
Customer Internal Comments Show on Sales Order & Invoices Creation Pages
When creating a Sales Order or Invoice, once a Customer is selected we would like that Customer's internal comments to show, so we can reference our notes. This would be very helpful, and a feature we had in Quickbooks.

Manufacturing:
Getting all raw materials for producing an finishied goods(Composit items).
Receives against purchase order is available but issues against stock is not available .
In Manufacturing we give issue of material during production and get back as finished goods and invoice for the Finished products.While we create an sales order for an finished goods , all the items in the composite item has to be hold from the stock and show us the balance stock as stock on hold and remaining stock separate.
BOM (Bill of materials is needed).

Sales Return with same Serial Number
Hi Zoho Team,
My company love Zoho, however there are things that we cannot do that are really important.
Sometimes for our need we are selling systems that will come back later. However we cannot used the same Serial Number when it come back.
Because of this point, that is a really important one in term of traceability, we cannot use Zoho totaly.

each user should use their own language on the zoho
It would facilitate alot if each user can use zoho in his own language, for example here @ work we have many people from abroad and each time they use Zoho they have to change the language from the settings this will change to all users as well.!

Integration with Xero
I see you guys have integration with Quickbooks (Beta). I see a lot of Amazon FBA Sellers use Xero Accounting Software due to its ability to integrate with A2X. Xero integration would help you expand into a whole new set of Audiance. Please look into it as it could all Xero users experience such a wonderful inventory software.

Include Vendor Name on SO List of Backorder POs
As well as the PO reference and date, include the Vendor Name on the list of backorders shown in a Sales Order, making it easier to identify rather than needing to open each one.
