I want to be able to add Sales Order and PO number to shipment email notification
The idea is simple I want to be able to add sales order number and reference number or po number to the email template for shipment notification. Currently all you can put is shipment number. It would help me and my clients to know considering most people that I know of going mainly off there PO number not the shipping number.

Composite Item Groups & Editing Afther Item Group is Created
Greetings,
I would like to Create Composite Item Groups
They don't need all the articals assigned instantly but having the names all listed before adding subarticals is practical for overvieuw purposes.Also not being able to add additional items or edit prices in the Item Group window is not practical.
Now you need to know in advance everything you will need to add or redo it. Or add and edit 1 artical at a time which is time consuming.5 votesThe idea has been moved for development.

Sales Order status progression
We would like the option to change an order status from Confirmed back to Draft, or add an option of "Holding" or "On-hold" - this will allow orders that have been invoiced and are ready for packing, but should not progress further because we're waiting for payment or some other issue which needs to stall the order progression until resolved.

Have a backorder feature
When a SO is confirmed mark all items in that SO allocated, if stock allocation level falls below zero the item would become backordered. Then have a centralized list when one could go see any items that are backordered and have that integrate with PO's, so once ordered it would show as "on order"

No option or report for batch tracking in zoho! Alas. Useless
In zoho you cant track movement of a particular batch even with the batch tracking enabled for stock items. Like if you want to query about a particular batch like to whom it was sold !
This is not possible in zoho, whats the meaning of enabling batch tracking in stock item then ?
Taking so much pain for whom ?

delivery Note
i need to give the truck a Delivery Note "DN" that only have the items/qnty , No prices, so he return back with this DN signed by the customer as proof of reception.

There needs to be a feature to report goods after invoicing, like a credit note.
At the moment I can only sell the stock but cannot issue the refunds/partial refunds on sold goods. The only option is to cancel the whole invoice and manually adjust the stock. I should be able to refund invoice and the stock level should change automatically.

Import bill using the SKU to identify the item
As far as I can see the item is identified by its name but if the name change (several sales channels) the import is not possible.
The use of the SKU seems logical solution.

User-selectable languages for organization
Since each user has a option to select their language preference, this should override the organization's language default.

Multi Store Level Inventory Management
We have multiple outlets over cities. But in inventory we have only warehouse maintenance option.
Retail stock movement and store level inventory management is more important. Its Key requirement in medium scale industries.

Transfer SO & PO Between Zoho Inventories automatically
Wish to have the possibility to transfer SO/PO between different Zoho Inventory Companies. E.g. If a company group has business in several countries and have SO & PO between them, it is very difficult to administer with import/export manually. You have no controll over the process and can miss files. Especially if there are a lot of products and transactions. The system has today import/export functionality so an automatic transfer function cold be very good. I have a large customer that work like this and asking for this functionality. Export functionality from different lists and views
From all the views and lists we can see in Zoho inventory. It is important to be able to export as xls file. i.e. if we go to a specific customer and under transactions when we list the sales orders it is important to be able to export these orders specific for that customer to xls format. This will help a lot. Same feature also needed for items. We can export item specific transactions to xls file without having to export all transactions first to xls then filtering it....

Upload stock from already existing skus
I would like to upload the initial stock of my products. I have already created the products on my website using Wordpress and already integrated it with zoho. I have my products in my inventory without stock and I need an option to be able to upload all the stock at once relating it to the skus. When I try to upload the sample file for purchases order it tells me that the products already exist. I need to know how can I do this

Printed Barcode with Product Specs in Picking List
We are having similar product but variance in flavour, size etc. A Packing List with product Barcode printed next to it will affirm the store picking the right product. At time, the packaging of the product vary only in wording.

All all entry of items, like in PO, Bills, Composite items etc. Item description also should be searchable.
We have description for entry of items. But it is not taken account while adding this item to PO, Composite items, Bills, Invoice etc. If description is also searchable it is easy for us to identify products rather than item name having long names.

Bill Locked !! - Not possible to Edit Bills after Purchase Order are Fully Receivable
Bills cannot be Edited / Changed after the Purchase Order has been fully "received" !!
This is a really wrong workflow because a Bill could be updated for different reasons (e.g. Protocol Number, MIstakes in Prices, Serial Numbers of received items, etc..etc..).
If you desire to Lock Bills (good feature too), please do it with a special
functions reserved for Admin Accounts or custom group.4 votes -
