    please provide more reporting filters metrics, as example : customer location, country, shipment method, .... etc

    If a client pays for an invoice via Books need to be able to convert the invoice into a package so it can be shipped via Inventory.

  3. report to check timings between SO to Packaging etc

    Can we have a report which helps us to pull out Sales order to packaging. As this allows us to track the efficiency of an employee. Also for shipment to delivery.

  4. separate item sync from item creation

    I would very much appreciate if when zoho synced with my ebay/amazon, it didnt create new items in my item groups and items, most of my listings are actually composite items and not singular in my inventory tracking

    Maybe include an option to create a list of items available for creation/linking when the program syncs but let me choose what happens

    Im open to suggestions and thanks for reading

  5. On the main dashboard, integrate all costs along side sales orders?

  6. Allow purchasing report based on the Reference # so project managers can see what has been ordered, what is here, and what is not.

    We order equipment for the purpose of installation. A purchase manager orders the material and the warehouse receives it. Our project managers are the ones who needs to know what is here and what is not per project ( Reference #? ) I would like the Project Manager to be able to pull a Project Report, showing what has been ordered, what has been received and especially what is not received.

  7. Simplify the way items are added in transactions

    • Try to add humdreds items in a transaction (SO,PO,EST ..) it will take a loong time to do that .

    • imagine you created 100 items in SO and you need to add another one in 2nd position no way to add it directly , you have to create it at the last and then move it to the right position which is not really easy when you have to do the same with many items .

    SUGGESTIONS :
    1 -When adding items with barcode reader , swhich the focus to next item when it's a new item ou implement the…

  9. Allow package dimensions in Metric

    Good to see that Zoho have kind of caught up with the 21st century and now allow package weights in Kg (although they have spelt it wrong -KGS), It would be great if they'd finish the job and allow package dimensions in mm or cm.
    Better still have a 'Dimensions not required' option as Interlink don't ask for dimensions when we book them directly.

  11. ADD LETTER TABS

    GREAT PROGRAM BUT WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A TAB TO JUST CHOOSE A CONTACT BY LETTER INSTEAD OF SCROLLING. IT SOMETIMES DOES NOT FIND THE CONTACT BY SEARCH. A LETTER TAB WOULD BE GREAT.

  14. One Shipment one Invoice Invoice for multiples sales order

    I think what I need is quite common in a lot of business.
    I have clients placing order weekely, but he want receive for example this 4 orders in just one time.
    I believe have a posibility to put sales order together in one shipment and 1 invoice will be really good.
    Other situation that it can help, in the first month you miss the delivery of 4 itens and you need to do it next month with client's next order.

  15. Have separate tabs for Purchase Receives and Shipments

    The Order Flow has separate tabs for Sales Order, Invoice, and Packages. It should allow us to view Shipments in a different Tab as well so that we can manage our logistics Better.
    Similarly, the purchase flow has a separate tab for Purchase order and Bills. It should allow us to view Purchase receives separately as well so that we can manage the receives better.

  16. add integration with Google Shopping, Rakuten, NewEgg, Groupon and other marketplaces

    Adding more marketplaces will make Zoho more useful. Otherwise customers will have to use multiple inventory management tools to support various sales channels (not very convenient)

  17. Integrate to:adress in system mails report

    1. It would be nice to see at least to which contact the automated Mail has been sent to in a colum?

    2. Maybe a link from the report could lead to the issued process (bill/order/sale).

    3. Would'nt it be nice to keep outgoing mails stored (via IMAP maybe) or in ZOHO MAIL?

  18. Receiving Mis-packed Shipments

    So, sometimes a vendor sends MORE than what you ordered. (Usually, they mis-count with another SKU, and you have more of one, and less of another.)

    It would be nice to be able to receive over / under and be able to adjust the PO right then... meaning, still close the PO, with the inventory received, and any over/under is automatically booked as inventory adjustment. I will need to do this manually.

  19. links to other forms

    In Zoho Books, for example when a sales order is made from an estimate, the hyperlink to the estimate is available to click in the comments section. However, in Zoho Inventory you have to click to view comments (which is annoying), but hyperlinks to other documents are not available. Is this possible?

  20. Statutory India

    Hi I test drived your product earlier last year around same time and was told that you are trying to fulfill the trade related statutory requirement of indian government. But Till Date you haven't implemented any.
    like for Excise sales by the first and second stage Dealer. Central Sales against 'C', 'E1', 'E2', 'F' form. Stock movement register.

    Even basic needs of Unique Identification Numbers like Serial Number, IMEI number or Vin Number could not be added for managing inventory
