i work in the service/pest control industry.. would love to see an integration with outlook or google calender and a reminder system that is for us to call customer to renew their treatment(in my case) or insurances, .. at the moment you have a good system with invoicing but this reminder service is essential in retaining customers

OMG - planned for over 2 years !!!
Get real guys - grrrrr !!This is really quite simple with Google Calendar - I've done it in Zoho Books - took me around 2 days with testing (about 3 hours coding) !
We deliver everything we sell so it's a necessity for me for scheduling !
