Auto update delivery status
It would be nice to have the delivery status update automatically and mark itself as delivered if tracking number was entered. It's a hassle to update every individual tracking to 'delivered' manually.

I agree that this is a mandatory update. It makes no sense for our internal staff to have to monitor all shipments after they've been picked up, but just marking them as delivered as well is problematic.
At least for major carriers like FedEX, UPS it should be very easy to be able to get this information and update the status. I saw someone recommended Aftership, this is a great option that can probably take care of this.

Hi HK, thanks for the idea. This process of marking deliveries is automatic when you ship using a carrier within Zoho Inventory (via shipping integration). But then when you record a manual shipment, this process also becomes manual.
For now, you can take care of this using the bulk options present inside the Packages module of Zoho Inventory (by selecting all the manually delivered packages inside Zoho Inventory that are still in 'Shipped' status and marking them as Delivered in a single click.) Hope this helps. :)
