While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. your UPS program does not work!! It is putting the wrong information like the weight is always wrong and it trunks the address

    UPS program prints the wrong weight on the waybill and also truncates the address if there are 2 lines. Basically unusable

  2. Make your Inventory more flexible

    It is better to be able add or remove feature. I do not need sky number, I need barcode number, but since you made sky to be there, by default, I am using sky field to scan UPC to that location. Also, ability to tracks item history must be enabled with or without initial quantity, and initial price entered. If anyone needs it, let them enter it, no problem. But system is not saving new items, without mandatory fields. It should be changed

  4. user restriction for particular group of customers

    user should be restricted to access particular group of customers.
    Also add location option while creating new customer.

  5. Hide main menu

    Working on my iPad, it would be more pleasant if main menu hides once an item is selected. Currently, it is needed to click on "Zoho Inventory " menu in the upper left side to hide it. Thanks.

  6. The ability to make mistakes and correct them. It is really frustrating when you can not edit your custom fields.

    It would be grate if you could erase a custom field. And ok, maybe its too hard to edit all the registered logs. But at least being able to edit the custom field.
    Its really frustrating not being able to change something to make it work better.
    Also, if the custom field is marked as inactive, count it at 0. When you inactive one field and create a new one of the same type, you already reach the limit of that type of field.
    So please, having the ability to correct your mistakes!

  7. Add Vendhq as a sales channel

    Vendhq is popular POS option for many retail stores. It would be great to have this as a an integrated sales channel

  8. Height on comment textarea too short

    When writing a comment the textarea field has a fixed height. This means text is hidden on long comments.
