Select items from low stock level screen to create purchase order
Select items from the low stock level screen to generate a draft purchase order. Given that a preferred vendor can be specified, it should be possible to view the low stock items screens select all the products that you want and add them either to an existing draft or create a new draft for each vendor.

Drop shipment Feature Request
Can you make it possible to add a package with drop-shipment. The reason for this is, even with drop-shipments you still have to add a tracking number for it. So once you add the package it can update in the integrations. At the moment i am making new PO's instead of drop-shipments because i cant add a package to it.

REPORT ON "SALE BY ITEM GROUP"
This is a request to add feature under reports to generate "SALES REPORT BY ITEM GROUP"
This will help companies with multiple brands generate overall performance report of the Brand.
In the current version ,it is required to compile each product's sales data individually.

Composite items can be put in other composite items
This would make for better use in a manufacturing environment. Sub-assemblies are often used in a full assembly (composite item) so we would need a way to keep track of built or in stock sub-assemblies. We could do this if a composite item could be used in another composite item.

Allow entry of serial numbers for serialized items during packaging
Allow for entry/scanning of serial numbers during the package phase instead of during invoicing. The packaging is done in the warehouse where the items actually exist and can be scanned, not in the accountants office where the invoicing is done!!! Now we have to figure out some work around using spreadsheets, sales order numbers, item numbers, and the scanned serial numbers and then get that data to accounting and hope nothing get confused in the process.

Print shipping labels directly to thermal printer
It would be nice to be able to print a shipping label directly from zInventory instead of having to download it and then open and print it. We do a lot of shipments and it just becomes cumbersome.

Consignment Stock
To allow for consignment stock to be placed in resellers.
This stock is still to count towards our inventory value, but not be available for sale from our warehouse.
With reporting functions to show how much consignment stock is at different resellers.
This can also lead to a Consignment stock taking function on either a printed consignement stock take sheet, or on a mobile app for salespeople to visit customers and invoice and update stock while on premises14 votesThis is currently possible with the warehousing functionality and invoicing of the items directly from these warehouses. Bulk Updating of Orders
Hi,
We are a small business.
We find it hectic to update orders manually 1 by 1. Not to mention, it is prone to errors.
I have submitted this request from day 1 i begin using Zoho to Zoho staff but till now there is no solution yet.
Can Zoho introduce a feature whereby we can bulk update orders:
1) from 'draft' to 'confirmed',
2) from 'confirmed' to 'to be shipped',
3) from 'to be shipped' to 'shipped'.
4) bulk creation of packages
5) bulk creation of shipment
6) bulk creation of invoices
7) bulk recording of invoice payments

A history should be visible of all item quantity adjustments, purchases, etc.
If a quantity of an item has been adjusted in stock manually, there should be a history of what happened with that item (there should be all history where should be possible to see all movement of goods by date, etc.). But now there is no any history about adjusted item. For example, when creating an invoice and choosing a quantity of an item, stock automatically updates, but there is no possible to see a history. Warehouse and Point of Sales
Make it possible to have different branches or Point of sales for an organisation and to assign a sales person to a branch.
Stock should be transferred from one warehouse to different point of sales and also between point of sales .

Batch Tracking - Auto Populate Batch Items based on FIFO (Optional feature)
Have an option under Batch Tracking to allow ZOHO Inventory to automatically populate batch items for Item Quantity.
Practical Case:
Invoice and delivery note are generated first by the Organisation Sales Team, and then Warehousing would use the Batch Numbers on the Delivery Note to pick the appropriate items for delivery. This would be an additional feature to the one below, which is currently how Batch Items are allocated.
If a Batch Item doesn't exist physically, manual intervention would be required by the Organisation to edit invoices with the correct Batch Numbers, as is currently the feature.

the ability to add a item to a sales order even if its created on shopify
I need to be able to add a item to a sales order. All my sales orders are created in shopify, and i need to be able to add a item to each order that isn't in shopify and isn't charged to the customer.

Allow entry of shipper account# when making a shipment using FedEx or UPS integration.
Many of our customers want us to ship using shipper account#'s that they provide us.
So the package would be shipped by us, and the client would receive the shipping charge on their FedEx (or UPS) account.
But currently, Zoho Inventory doesn't permit this capability when creating shipments under the Zoho/FedEx and UPS integration.

Add the "Declared Value" field to FedEx integration
We use FedEx as our shipper and our items are quite valuable, so we need to have insurance on every single shipment. Right now the Zoho Inventory FedEx integration doesn't have a "Declared Value" field. I've asked about this in the past and was told that it all depends on EasyPost, but I've contacted them and they said, "It is possible to pass insurance values to FedEx using the option 'carrierinsuranceamount'. This would require Zoho to build out a method for doing this in their software of course, but it is currently supported through EasyPost.". Could you please…

Set individual reorder and restock levels for each location product wise.
Retailers who have large inventories and several stores often lose sales because a product is out of stock in a store but is available in their warehouse. In large inventories store staff often forgets to order on time, before an item is sold out at the store level. The software that we use right now, erply, allows us to set reorder and restock levels for each location individually. So if I sell 7 pcs on a an average of Red Shirt each week from Store A, then Store A should reorder is automatically when the ir stock levels goes down…

Zoho Subscription product integration
Products which are created in Zoho books or Zoho inventory cannot be accessed in Zoho Subscription. If I want to sell a product has a subscription and there is a cost to it, there is no means in Zoho Subscription to do this. Only invoices get replicated to Zoho books, but the cost of the product can't be derived. Please add the option to select product in Zoho Subscription from Zoho Inventory.
