If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Inventory, then you've reached the right place.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. filter sales by more filter rules

    please provide more reporting filters metrics, as example : customer location, country, shipment method, .... etc
    and please provide a way to write our search query

  2. On the main dashboard, integrate all costs along side sales orders?

    display the costs & sales in the same graph like paypal does!?

  3. Pickup option for packages/one click to make a sales order delivered

    Need to complete a package and shipment to count inventory, so we need an option to quickly indicate that it has been delivered to the customer via a pickup in store.

  4. Integration with Big Commerce & Houzz

    Integration with Big Commerce as a marketplace would be ideal. Houzz just released an API.

  5. Printable SO report with ordered / packed columns

    It would be great to have a printable view for a sales order that lists all items and notates if the line item has been ordered and if so what PO #. and If the item has been packed and if so what package number.

  6. Simplify the way items are added in transactions

    • Try to add humdreds items in a transaction (SO,PO,EST ..) it will take a loong time to do that .

    • imagine you created 100 items in SO and you need to add another one in 2nd position no way to add it directly , you have to create it at the last and then move it to the right position which is not really easy when you have to do the same with many items .

    SUGGESTIONS :
    1 -When adding items with barcode reader , swhich the focus to next item when it's a new item ou implement the…

  7. Allow purchasing report based on the Reference # so project managers can see what has been ordered, what is here, and what is not.

    We order equipment for the purpose of installation. A purchase manager orders the material and the warehouse receives it. Our project managers are the ones who needs to know what is here and what is not per project ( Reference #? ) I would like the Project Manager to be able to pull a Project Report, showing what has been ordered, what has been received and especially what is not received.

  8. Customizable Dashboard

    I'm implementing Inventory to manage stock for a warehouse that manufactures using small parts from many third-party vendors. Tracking sales and fulfillment through inventory isn't relevant to my business, and I'd like to be able to customize my dashboard to only show info that's applicable to us.

  10. ADD LETTER TABS

    GREAT PROGRAM BUT WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A TAB TO JUST CHOOSE A CONTACT BY LETTER INSTEAD OF SCROLLING. IT SOMETIMES DOES NOT FIND THE CONTACT BY SEARCH. A LETTER TAB WOULD BE GREAT.

  11. Chance to make changes at received items in zoho inventory

    It would be really helpful if you could make some changes in zoho inventory - purchase orders when for example we select received all for a purchase order then to be able to add some information about the item we received. Until now when we press received all and then press edit to add for example a serial number under the selected item it appears a message : Almost there, but...
    Purchase orders for which items have been received cannot be updated. And all these just because i first selected received and then i remembered to add the serial number…

  13. Allow package dimensions in Metric

    Good to see that Zoho have kind of caught up with the 21st century and now allow package weights in Kg (although they have spelt it wrong -KGS), It would be great if they'd finish the job and allow package dimensions in mm or cm.
    Better still have a 'Dimensions not required' option as Interlink don't ask for dimensions when we book them directly.

  14. Customizable Reports for purchase orders and receiving goods

    Ideally a customizable report so columns such as purhcase order number, expected delivery date, item code and other custom fields can be viewed on one screen.

    This would be good for when big deliveries arrive as the dispatch team can mark off what has been received on a hard copy of this report.

  15. Item purchase and sell prices

    When I open an item window I want to see easy:

    reflection of sales: the price for 1 piece - who has bought = real transactions; the price for 1 piece - offer-prices for different clients

    reflection of purchases: the supplier - the price for 1 piece - real transactions, an opportunity to see all prices of purchase which passed from one or different suppliers and to see all suppliers who delivered this product.

    For now it is not OK, how it works.
    If you want to check with what price you sold before a product you should go to…

  17. mobile app login using google login authentication

    Hi,
    All apps on Zoho already allow using users' google login except Zoho Inventory. When are you planning to update the app to use that?

  19. Have separate tabs for Purchase Receives and Shipments

    The Order Flow has separate tabs for Sales Order, Invoice, and Packages. It should allow us to view Shipments in a different Tab as well so that we can manage our logistics Better.
    Similarly, the purchase flow has a separate tab for Purchase order and Bills. It should allow us to view Purchase receives separately as well so that we can manage the receives better.

  20. Bill print smaller size for retail clients

    I m running a grocery store. Now we cant provide such huge bills. We need something smaller in size. Just pridct and qty. Like how u get bills in hotels
