Hi, I would like this option added so I would not have to manually input the number. I have had this type of numbering on previous invoicing software and I seem to like it much more than consecutive numbers.

We use APC OVERNIGHT for our shipping who use Netdispatch for their system. They have open apis already and would be perfect for this platform.

Ability to hide inventory that is active, but only sold as a composite item
Salespeople and customers are confused by items that show for sale, but not actually for sale because they are part of a composite item. Example - we sell flower baskets as composite, but not the individual flowers that make the basket. There should be the ability to hide inventory that is active, but only sold as a composite item

Templates for Orders. Like you have In ZOHO CRM.
In ZOHO CRM you have ability to choose editable template how ORDER look like in printing or PDF export. This function is really lacking in ZOHO INVENTORY. Is it in plans?

Saved cards in Zoho Books transfer to Zoho Invoice
Currently you can saved a credit card and charge it in Zoho Books. Saved cards in Zoho Books should be transferred to Zoho Invoice for easy charging while doing shipping. Zoho Invoice should also have the option to add and save credit cards in the contact log, and also would be nice to charge in Zoho Invoice. Cut the back and forth.

Have an option to show all items at once
at present 50 items are shown per page and you have to scroll to the bottom of the page and click to show the next 50, scroll down click, scroll down click, repeat, repeat until 20 clicks later you get to page 10 where item 500 is

I would like to be able to see the Open Sales Orders for a Specific Item.
The Item shows Purchase Orders but not open sales orders for a Specific item. This would be very useful.

Adding inward freight charges
We have to pay our suppliers a freight charge to send goods to us and we do not know how much that will be until the supplier has packed and sent the goods and bill us. The purchase orders do not have the facility to enter an additional charge to cover this. Could we have a field to enter freight charges (like the one in sales orders) which is editable after the goods have been received please.

Have the ability to pull the description of from a inventory item and pictures (as a option) Into a ZOHO Estimate/Quote . So anytime you want to create a estimate or customer quote you can pull the Descriptions and also pictures of the item into the estimate. this would make a great looking estimate and save business owners alot of time so we DONT HAVE TO DO DOUBLE ENTRY of information. Also having a option to bring pictures into the quote/estimate would save huge time over having to look up the pictures on a hard drive and downing them to…

Where-used information on the item
An item can be used directly in sales orders or as a part of a composite item.
It would be most useful if, besides the "sales order summary" present today, the item page would display a list of the actual composite items and sales orders where it is being used.

your UPS program does not work!! It is putting the wrong information like the weight is always wrong and it trunks the address
UPS program prints the wrong weight on the waybill and also truncates the address if there are 2 lines. Basically unusable

add another address line
We really need the address fields to match shopify. The biggest missing piece is Address 2. When we imported our addresses to test the product we had to lose Address 2 from Shopify on bill and ship to addresses because it was missing in zoho. Also the abbreviated state identifier would be nice to have. Only a field with the state filled out was available.

The ability to make mistakes and correct them. It is really frustrating when you can not edit your custom fields.
It would be grate if you could erase a custom field. And ok, maybe its too hard to edit all the registered logs. But at least being able to edit the custom field.
Its really frustrating not being able to change something to make it work better.
Also, if the custom field is marked as inactive, count it at 0. When you inactive one field and create a new one of the same type, you already reach the limit of that type of field.
