  1. Make Sales Order Reference# Automatically Available When Creating Invoice

    When creating a new Sales Order it very common to reference a customer's incoming purchase order number, and this is sufficiently accommodated by the Reference# field.

    However, when creating a new invoice from within an existing Sales Order that has a Reference#, the Reference# is not available. Instead the actual Sales Order number is added. This should not be the case because a sales order number should be an internal tracking number, while a reference number should be for external reference (such as a customer's purchase order number).

    It is further confusing because the Invoice template has a "Reference Field"…

  3. When creating a custom shipment it should allow me to enter number of parcels. Currently its limited to only one.

    When I am creating a shipment and I choose to ship it by a carrier it only allows me to add dimensions for one box. It should allow me to add multiple boxed. If I have more than one box in the shipment then I have no choice but to do it manually.

  5. Adding more Shipping carriers in Europe (Aftership)

    I strongly suggest adding more shipping carriers or allowing adding links to shipped packages so our company and clients can track each shippment.

    For example: Shopify has a lot of carriers, but also an option to add your own link.In our company we use https://www.aftership.com/ where detects each carrier automaticlly.

    Otherwise add Spanish carriers: SEUR, CORREOS, etc...

  6. A company may have internal orders ie. orders from warehouse to warehouse?

    The company has got a stock warehouse at each site. Therefore, stock may be requested to move between warehouses.

  7. Quanity Shipped different than Sales Order

    Would be nice to not have to change the Sales order if we pack more that what the customer wanted.

    For example, in the meat business customers say they want 100 lbs, and we package 101.5 Ibs. We will invoice on 101.5 Ibs. The warehouse guys can never be 100% perfect, especially in bulk goods. The stock should be based on Invoiced not the sales orders.

  10. Mark Sales Orders as "Cancelled"

    I want to be able to cancel a sales order, but still be able to search it. Currently, the only option is to delete a sales order, which means there is no trace of the sales order.

    Also, I created a sales order and a corresponding invoice. The customer then cancelled the order. I credited the invoice, but the sales order is still marked as "Confirmed". I need this to be marked "Cancelled".

  11. Value of inventory

    I would like to know how much is the value (total investment) of the inventory on hand. Also, would be nice to know the sale and profit value of the total inventory.

    The inventory valuation report would give you the value of the inventory. The FIFO report would give you the profit value of the total inventory. Kindly let me know in case of concerns. Please write to support@zoho-inventory,com. Thanks for your valuable feedback.

  12. Composite Items can be sold individually

    There are times when it would be nice to be able to add a composite package but then un-box certain pieces of it.

  13. Allow for grouping and un-grouping of Items.

    You currently can groupl items but are not able to ungroup them which poses a big issue.

    Please correct.

  14. Link Item tracking to Shipments/PO's

    When viewing an item in inventory, you can see how many are waiting to be shipped or received, but there is no link that takes you to the package that is waiting for shipment, or PO. Having that number link to the corresponding package or PO would make it much easier to effectively track items in a large warehouse.

  15. purchase

    Hello,
    Our supplier often send 1 bill for several PO.
    It would be great if I can merge those PO for total payment against that bill.

  17. "Select All" Feature when receiving

    Would be nice to have a select all tick-box when receiving a purchase order for which a bill already exists. Now you have to tick each item individually
