  1. Customer Internal Comments Show on Sales Order & Invoices Creation Pages

    When creating a Sales Order or Invoice, once a Customer is selected we would like that Customer's internal comments to show, so we can reference our notes. This would be very helpful, and a feature we had in Quickbooks.

  5. Parial receive for 100% paid order

    We bill and pay advance for orders, and some time we receive partially and we can't make partial receive on system because all quantity is billed.

    We are waiting this feature and its very important for us, and i hope who need this feature support us by votes

  6. Value adjustments on batch tracked items

    Attempting to do an inventory value adjustment on an item with batch # tracking produces an error. Documentation states to select the batch but no such option is available and adjustment fails because batch is not selected.

  7. Print all Items in a Composite Items

    Can you add a report to print all items of a specific Composite Item. I would like to use it as a pick & pack list.

  8. Damaged items or stolen

    Being able to see in a report all your products damaged or stolen. Nowadays, we can see the adjustment in the inventory and we have to click one by one.

    What I suggest is to have the option of clicking in damaged items and to see all the products that have been damaged (having filters with dates and products)

  9. Can you add a way to attach files to a transfer order?

    Because there is no way to create a packing list and invoice for shipping a transfer order, at least we should have a way to save the DHL paperwork with the transfer order, therefore I suggest adding a way to attach files

  12. Inventory serial number

    Currently there is serial number tracking, but to enter serial number is completely chronic, we are getting approximately 1000 pieces of one product, and for tracking of that, i need to enter serial number 1000 times,

    Suggestion is to provide some automatic serial number generation where prefix can be fix and suffix can be incremental counter or other way to generate auto serial numbering, like SKU generator.

  14. Expand the view criteria options to match those in CRM/Creator

    when customizing a Parts view, I cannot set criteria based on added time, added user, etc. I also can't filter by Item Name DOES NOT CONTAIN "xyz." Please add these additional view customization options to Zoho Inventory.

  15. waybill tracking for Purchase orders

    implement waybill tracking function for Purchase Orders, so that we can click on tracking number to see where's the purchased item is and what is the expected delivery. Just like we have for Sales order shipments.

  16. Integrating inventory in multiple locations

    For example inventory on our account is only integrated to Amazon as the primary place for inventory management although we also have other platforms (Shopify, Ebay, etc) that we are integrated with via Sales Orders. Shopify inventory integration is not working - does not integrate with Shopify locations either. Same thing with Ebay. This is a big issue because Amazon customers always get "first dibs" and it's cumbersome.

    I propose each item can have a total inventory # and then the number can be broken up in order to allocate inventory to multiple platforms. That way you don't have to…

  17. Credit Note in Zoho Inventory

    I would like the ability to issue credit note in Zoho Inventory.

    Customer issued PO and we generate a Sales Order and invoice accordingly.

    Goods has been delivered to customer, however, due to certain circumstances, the customer decide to return some of the goods to us.

    Payment had already been made, therefore I'm required to raise a credit note for them. The goods, depending on whether I want the customer to dispose, or return to us, should reflect in the inventory accordingly.

  18. Transaction Locking in Zoho Inventory

    Dear Zoho Inventory Team
    We want to apply Transaction Locking in Zoho Inventory as some of the Zoho Operators in our Company record invoices in previous dates which causes us trouble.

  19. invoices $ amount total

    why doesn't the invoice page give a tally of the invoiced amount? I want to know the totals by day, week, monthand year and have the option to get a total without having to pull out my calculator

  20. IF WE CAN FIND PROFIT AND LOSS REPORT IN ZOHO INVENTORY IT WOULD BE GREAT

    IF WE PURCHASE AN PRODUCT IN Rs. 100 and SOLD OUT IN Rs 110 SO IN THIS WE ARE GETTING Rs. 10 AS PROFIT SO FOR MORE PRODUCTS MORE PROFIT MAY BE THERE AND IN DIFFERENT FOAMS SO THIS IS MY SUGGESTION AND ALSO WE CAN CHEACK AVERAGE OF A PRODUCT HOW MUCH WE SOLD WITH IN 3-4 MONTHS
