Add Zoho Books Report Tags to Zoho Expense
Please add the ability to add the Report Tags from Zoho Books into Zoho Expense so the Tags are added by the expense submitter and do not need to be manually added later.

Incorporate the ability to import projects from Quickbooks
Generally, I love the QB integration, but having to manually input individual projects (or semi-manually do it via CSV) is vexing. I already have to set up projects in QB. I'd rather not redouble my efforts in Zoho.

Claim reimbursement for expense by default
When new receipts are scanned, the expenses are created with "Claim reimbursement" unselected. However, nearly all the expenses I submit are out-of-pocket so it would be nice to have an option for "Claim reimbursement" to be selected by default for new expenses.

Display a PDF Thumbnail Preview not generic PDF LOGO.
Please display a PDF THumbnail Preview and not just a generic PDF Logo when viewing expenses. I shouldn't have to open up the PDF to see the data.

Advance Reconciliations
It would be really nice if the advance payments would have some sort of basic reconciliation functionality in the system. Even if the advance payment report could show the outstanding balance on an advance after it has been linked to an expense report this would be helpful.
We use the QBO integration and it would nice to be able to reconcile our records in QBO against our advance payments in ZOHO.

Add ability to specify the number of receipts included in one page in PDF export
Currently, the app provides three options for attaching receipts in a PDF file: each receipt as a full page, four receipts on one page and eight receipts on one page. And the option is applied across all receipts. I typically go with four receipts on the same page, but some long receipts get squashed and the text gets distorted. It would be good to allow the users to actually specify which receipts need to get their full pages and which can be collaged as a four or eight-receipt per page format.

budget vs actual in mobile app
It would be good if we could see the budget vs actual in each category on the app.This can help us take decisions before spending the money in real time and actually save money right at the source.

enable "recent" or "saved" journeys to enable faster inputting of regular mileage claims/trips
if you are carrying out regular journeys it would be great to throw up a list of recent post codes when you start inputting, or to have an option to save a journey

Intergate with MYOB AccountRight Live
It would be nice if this flowed into MYOB AccountRight which holds a substantial and ever increasing account of the SMB in Australia and NZ.

Ability to create a role where the submitter is only able to submit expenses (to a primary account) not have access to reports etc.
This would allow staff who use a corporate card and / or shared credit card to submit receipts for purchases made on the shared card without needing to create reports etc.

Add "Associated Tags"
We use Tags on Zoho Books, and one of our employees has a lot of expenses for the whole company so needs his transactions to go to various tags. Please add that feature!

Add a Customized Login Screen
I suggest you add a customized login screen with the ability to add your company logo. This is important for security reasons. Our employees often receive spam emails, so we do not want them to think that Zoho Expense is a phishing email when they are added to the site or asked to login. Our logo gets printed on our expense reports, so it would be nice to have it on the login screen as well.

The total mileage in an expense report should be displayed in the PDF expense report too.
