  1. Adding expenses in shared expense reports.

    Users should be able to add additional expenses in an expense report shared with them.

  2. Edit Expense Screen (within reports) add [Save and Next] Button

    When editing individual expenses as listed in the Reports View there is a save and a cancel button. Any changes that are saved moves you back to the main reports view. Instead a Save, Save and Next and Cancel button should be displayed to allow for a more organic editing flow from expense to expense.

  3. Warn before submitting an expense report with no reimbursements

    If I have an expense report with a total reimbursable amount of $0.00, prompt to confirm that I meant to submit it. That usually means that I forgot to flag my expenses as reimbursable.

    This feature should also have a "don't ask me again" option in case people have a legitimate need to submit $0 reports.

  5. Conditional Report Fields

    It would be helpful to have some fields on the expense reports conditionally required. For example, if a sales person submits a receipt for a meal with a client, I'd like a field for the client's name to be required without having to make that field required for other types of expenses.

  7. submit report

    Currently, if the report or a corresponding expense does not meet the requirements and the user chooses to submit the report anyway they are not warned that the report or expense is causing the report to be kept in Draft status. They do currently receive a confirmation when submitted, but we have users that miss this indication. The system should show that the report will not be submitted.

    Currently expense report is categorized by date - but you may need to group like expenses or same location expenses within the same date for clarity and/or ease or reporting as well as reviewing...

    Please add the drag individual expense feature within the dotted option tab on right side of expense - as shown on a report.. Do it, GO!

  10. Make Shared Reports and My Reports visible simultaneously

    Since the shared reports are already visible in the Reports screen, create a way to see all reports (mine and shared with me visible at the same time).
    As of now, you cannot create a custom filter that includes Shared Reports and My own reports.

  11. Provide analytic employee reporting for approvers

    It would be extremely helpful for the main Approvers to have an overall insight of the expenses that are being incurred by the sub-ordinates they are responsible for.

    Our Approvers are in charge of a small group of individuals and hold budgets for those they are responsible for. There might be 3/4 approvers in one department area so they do not need a report which details the whole department as there will be spends they are not responsible for.

  12. Customize a report (analytics) and Save it as template to run it anytime later with only changing dates

    ability to create a customizable report that we can run based on filtering we pre-define. That would be the template report, then we can come back to it anytime and just change the time period and run it again without the need to re-create the whole process of the report (like in Zoho CRM).

    Include a function to process Forex conversions, e.g. a user who received USD 500 in advance in cash, converted the cash to BRL 200 and PEN 600.

  17. Add a new field for country on the user profile

    Most companies nowadays have multiple offices spread across several locations or countries
    It would be great to have access to an analytics report showing expenses by country, which in turns requires adding that information as a field on the user's profiles

  18. Provision to enter the Advance Return in Different Currencies while Submitting Report

    During International Trip, Employee take the advance in Multiple Currencies. Need Provision to in Advance Payment Module to add Multiple Currencies Advances in one transaction. Today we need to do one transaction for each currency against the same trip. Similarly once the Trip is completed, we need the provision to declare the currency which we return to our Admin team against that trip. Today this provision is not there
