This is key feature for moving from Expensify; it has this feature and calls it "Guaranteed eReceipt". This is a great feature and main reason for staying with it.
US law allows no receipt for $75 and under expenses, and if Zoho tracked that an expense was obtained from a credit card and automatically created an eReceipt for it, then the "guaranteed electronic receipt" is a solid replacement for a scanned receipt.
