If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Expense, then you've reached the right place.

Feel free to post your ideas, comments, or suggestions in this space.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Please add Business Purpose to Expenses

    Please add Business Purpose to Expense form. IRS mandates a business purpose be provided if purpose is not clear from the surrounding circumstances. This will provide a way to remain compliant.

  2. Option to email receipts and upload

    Would be nice to have an option to forward receipts to an email address, like "trips@zoho.com" to upload receipt.

  3. Additional Fields

    Option to add additional fields like - Department, group, etc in Expense Reports.

  4. Allow debit cards to be registered like credit cards are.

    I use my Debit card extensively for business travel and in order to use ZOHO Expense it is a must have.

    As promised, we’ve added the support to add debit cards to Zoho Expense. Please go forward and try the feature.
