Mileage options "Using GPS"
1º Would be nice if the map route as there is today on GPS Tracking goes like attach by default.
2º Add option to set destination "Star at and End at"
3º Notification in the notification bar if GPS Tracking is on to not forget.

mileage tracker auto starts
It would be nice if the GPS mileage tracker auto logged all of your trips, and all you had to do was categorize. And the app gave you a notification to remind you to categorize your trips
Similar to how an app like Everlance (www.everlance.com) works

Option to edit expense info while receipt is smart scanning
I would like the smart scan to always start automatically and have the option to edit expense info while smart scanning. This way i can enter the info that smart scan doesn't capture (such as category & adding it to a report) all at the same time that I take the picture, and smart scan will then continue to fill in what it can, such as Merchant and Amount. Currently it's an extra step for me to wait for smart scan to finish then go back to add the category and report.

Create advances from the mobile app
I often hand out cash advances or do mobile banking transfers to members of my team when away from my computer. Currently, I have to record those in a note on my phone while I'm out and remember to log them in Zoho later from my computer.

Use Map's screenshot as a receipt (or attachment) for the mileage expense.
If the mileage expense is recorded Using the maps (iOS), the map can be attached to the mileage expense automatically.

Automatic upload of scanned receipts when connected to Wi-Fi.
This will considerably reduce mobile data usage. I can already do so manually by selecting a picture of the receipt, but this process can be made much more streamlined.

Make the mobile scan process as good as the scan app Scannable from evernote
In comparison to the scan process of the app scannable it the current Zoho Expense scan feature in on the mobile app very very basic. It should as the app scannable does optimize the image quality, convert it as pdf (optionally) and remove any pixels which are not from the invoice itself.

ACH Reimbursement via Phone App
I am requesting the Zoho Expense mobile app is upgraded to enable authorization of ACH reimbursements.
The new Forte ACH reimbursement feature is a great upgrade for Zoho Expense, but being able to do this via the mobile app would make this even easier for my team to get paid. Mostly everyone uses this mobile phone exclusively for small tasks like this, so this would be a huge help!

Auto expense Apple wallet transactions
Currently when I pay for something with Apple Pay I then go into wallet app take a screenshot of the transaction and import it into Zoho Expense. Would be great to automatically track expenses from a particular card.

improve the speed of the mobile app
decrease loading time by downloading vendors, categories, currencies, rates, etc. to app; right now it takes forever to enter an expense as each field's options must be downloaded to be selected. takes forever when traveling.

Improve the Andorid app
The iPhone app has more features than the android app, and the capture is better. The app on both devices really should have document outlining and straightening in it's capture. Office Lens is a great example of a better scanning app. I currently use it to scan receipts, then send them to zoho.

Get the scanning and photo function to work!
when you take a photo of your receipt it takes several minutes to load to your Receipt inbox. You can also only do a few photos at a time because the other photos just never show up and you have to do them again. Very frustrating for someone who is trying to take photos of dozens of receipts!

Make Smart Phone App Consistent with Computer App
"+" (Add Expense), should show "Per Diem" as well as "Expense", "Mileage" & "Report". Also any time "Per Diem" is an option, it should always ask for number of days, not just an amount. That is why it says "per day". A employee could use "Other" if they want to specify an "amount" for some weird reason.
