  1. Admin ability to match expenses at report level for corp cards

    As an admin, I'd like the ability to match/merge expenses on reports. Sometimes if an employee misses matching up two expenses (one from the corp card and one entered manually) then there is no way for me to match them. I would either have to reject the items back to them, reject the report, or save the receipt, add to one line item, then reject the other line item. So much time would be saved by allowing the admin to match or merge line items at the report level.

  3. More Admin Ability

    Admins should be able to delete any report. Also, admins should be able to reset user passwords. If an employee leaves, there is no way for admin to manage their reports, including removing them if necessary.

  4. Receipt Report

    Gmail has

    Cloud HQ's 'Get My Receipts' feature where you get a full receipt report in a Google Spreadsheet.

    Just google 'Cloud HQ Get My Receipts"

  5. add parent category to reports

    I would love to see both the parent and sub category on any expense report. I need to know this info for tracking purposes and I am currently looking for software that can do this.

    I hope this can be added.

  7. Customize a report (analytics) and Save it as template to run it anytime later with only changing dates

    ability to create a customizable report that we can run based on filtering we pre-define. That would be the template report, then we can come back to it anytime and just change the time period and run it again without the need to re-create the whole process of the report (like in Zoho CRM).

  9. Standardization of Report Names

    We have sales people and we want Report Titles to be standard for them e.g. Week 1 March 2020, Week 2 March 2020, etc.

    I wonder if Zoho can provide our Admins with the ability to create standard report names that our sales people can choose from whenever they are creating reports in Zoho.

    This will allow our Finance to better organize their processes on their end.

  11. Provide analytic employee reporting for approvers

    It would be extremely helpful for the main Approvers to have an overall insight of the expenses that are being incurred by the sub-ordinates they are responsible for.

    Our Approvers are in charge of a small group of individuals and hold budgets for those they are responsible for. There might be 3/4 approvers in one department area so they do not need a report which details the whole department as there will be spends they are not responsible for.

  12. Allow customization of the PDF expense report for legal entity.

    The current PDF expense report only shows the top level organization name and address. I am using this across four business units located in USA, Germany, India and China. Each has its own legal entity address that must be used for submitting documentation for tax purposes or during an audit. Can you allow customization (through policies, perhaps?) of the expense report formatting to adjust the corporate entity?

  13. TRIP REPORT EXPENSE

    We would like to know if there is any way to keep track of the expenses associated specifically with a trip, these expenses per trip do not pass to BOOK with travel expenses and there is no table to export to analytics either, what happens if I would like to have a report of all the associated expenses for each trip?

    Please allow sorting on date in the Reports , this will help us to review in proper order even if entered the expenses randomly.

  17. Forex conversions

    Include a function to process Forex conversions, e.g. a user who received USD 500 in advance in cash, converted the cash to BRL 200 and PEN 600.

  18. To add the Report Properties(Data) to the related expenses automatically

    I have to add all data manually to each receipt despite the report already has this data, So I need the receipt to catch this data automatically.

  19. Warn before submitting an expense report with no reimbursements

    If I have an expense report with a total reimbursable amount of $0.00, prompt to confirm that I meant to submit it. That usually means that I forgot to flag my expenses as reimbursable.

    This feature should also have a "don't ask me again" option in case people have a legitimate need to submit $0 reports.

  20. Add report status on PDF

    It would be helpful to add the current status of the report when a PDF output is taken or when the report is printed. If I PDF the report after it is reimbursed, it could clearly be stated in the PDF, the current status that the report is reimbursed. If the report is approved or submitted or draft, the respective status can be added to the PDF in bold good sized font. You may also want to consider to add report history log to the PDF optionally
