  1. Remove "via sender.zohosubscriptions.com" in the From Address (Sender Header)

    Can Zoho please correct the Sender Header, as companies cannot send emails to Clients this way. This is not just a Gmail, or Outlook issue, the header shows that way in Office365, and compromises the branding. This is a critical requirement, as the ultimate objective (i.e., effective customer interaction) is disturbed when the emails do not look personal between Client and Company. Otherwise, Zoho Subscriptions has great features and very purposeful account display. I really hope they correct this at the earliest.

  2. Add more than one coupon to each subscription

    Each time we add a coupon, it removes the option to add more. Sometimes customers are able to redeem more than one coupon over the lifespan of their subscription, such as referring a customer to us and meeting whatever other criteria we set. We currently now have to create a new coupon specific to each customer for this sort of thing. We really should be able to add more than one coupon to each subscription.

    Allow for metered billing based on usage. Create a way to input quantity rate and amount.

    Please add Payeezy as a Payment Gateway - Payeezy is a major payment gateway in the US. The lack of integration is limiting us from being able to integrate with Zoho invoice/subscriptions.

  7. Hourly and Daily billing

    For services such as on demand load balancing a daily and hourly billing option for subscriptions would be nice.

  8. Build hosted page URL based on selected addons in widget

    When Creating a widget - it would be great if add-ons were taken into account. Two things need to happen:
    1. create a line for each addon associated with the plan in the widget
    2. set a cost calculation method in the addon with the following options
    a. unit
    b. volume
    c. tier
    d. package
    e. single (tickbox to in or exclude, cannot make additional quantity)
    f. percentage of current subscription value

    Based on the selection of the addon, the hosted page for payment is updated with the selected options, where the customer can make the final tweaks to the…

  10. Quickbooks Online Integration with Zoho Subscription

  11. Optionally update existing subscriptions with new price

    I run a hosting company.
    I use recurring invoices in Zoho Books.
    When I have a price increase, I have to manually edit 300 recurring invoices.
    I was hoping that Zoho Subscriptions would allow me to update the price of a plan and optionally cascade the new price to all active subscriptions, starting with the next billing cycle.

  15. Enable billing every X days

    In our industry it is standard practice to bill the client not on a calendar monthly basis, but instead every 30 days. Currently it's only possible to configure plans that renew every X weeks, months or years. Please add the option to set up renewal every X days.

  16. Integration with Zoho inventory

    This would allow to manage subscriptions to specific product SKUs. This would be the best stack to manage a subscription box business or any use case where physical products are billed on a recurring basis

  17. Group metered billing with all invoices.

    I love that you guys just released metered billing. I was JUST about to go through a long process into migrating to Stripe but this just kept me as a customer.

    However, I really think there should be a requirement to group ALL invoices regardless of frequency or metered/flat charges. It really doesn't make sense for our customer to be always be spammed with invoices when the idea of Subscriptions is partially a "Set it and forget it" model.

  19. Add-ons and Coupons Applicable across Products.

    My add ons and coupons apply to all products not just specific products. I think it would deb better if I could create add-ons and coupons that transcend the product level, then link/assign them to all products or specific products and plans. As is is right now I have to add the same add-ons to each product and when I have to edit the add ons we have to look for each in each product and edit them separately. Thats inefficient.

  20. Integrate with Elavon

    ELAVON is a US payment gateway which is pretty famous. It would be nice if Zoho Subscriptions is integrated with it.
