Please add BCC field so that we can BCC zoho CRM to link to customer profile directly.

ACH Payments for PayPal
Authorize is great for Credit Cards, but puts a 5 to 7 business day hold on ACH (aka e checks). This means that ACH payments take about 2 weeks to clear. Before we integrated with Zoho Subscriptions, we used PayPal for e checks and it only took 3-5 days total. That is about 1/3 the time it takes for Authorize. We are owned by a publicaly traded company and have excellent multi year record with Authorize, but stil they are unable to reduce the hold time to less than 7 days, though I have requested it more than once. Access various report statistic (like what we have on Report page) via API call. This is useful for measuring business KPI and integrated with other business tool.

Send notification from different mails regarding the notification
It would be great to have multiple choices in the "From" for email notification. For example: New notification notification sent from welcome@company.com, Problem in payment sent from accounting@company.com, etc

Add a label on the subscription within the customer portal
Currently if a customer has more than one of the same subscription product there is no way of identifying what that subscription relates to.
If using this for say a hosting service here we would have the option to add a label / reference or say "Server Name" to the subscription.
Being able to update this via Zapier would be amazing!

Date wise Net Revenue Report
Zoho Subscriptions > Report > Net Revenue Report > Customized Report> Have two fields
From date & To date.
However, Above two fields accepts only months, not specific date of month
It will be great if Zoho has customized report & filter for below permutations/combinations
Net Revenue by
1) Customized date range
2) Products/Plans
3) Payment Mode (which payment method is PayPal, Bank transfer, UPI, Credit card, debit card)Reason why above?
For daily tallying and usuallly Payment gteway settles payment in T+2-3 days.
Business can focus/push/grow more on well performing plans, or tweak under performing plans.

Label printing and shipment.
We are a monthly magazine publishing company which involves dispatching the physical hard copies via courier.
While I explored Zoho Subscriptions I couldn't find a way to
1) Print the address labels.
2) Track the magazine hard copies dispatched for a month.This feature could help the offline magazine publishers.

Automatically Sort By Customer Name
Automatically Sort By Customer Name
After making changes to a customer or their subscription, the default customer sort is changed to Created Time. The default sort should remain as Customer Name.
This makes it very difficult if you must make changes to numerous customer files or subscriptions.

Allow subscription creation date as invoice date
Currently, When we create back dated Subscription then invoice date of generated Invoice is always a subscription activation date. For Ex . If today is 22nd may and I am creating back dated subscription starting from 15th may, then Invoice date of generated Invoice will be 15th may.
So, In Indian Market, This is general scenario, where Owner may allow his customer to use his product (by subscription) and product owner may want to create subscription and send invoice to customer after some days. Points Credit System for Metered Billing
For example, if you're a telecom company and have a certain number of minutes included in a subscription package. It would be nice if it was possible to configure metered billing to include x amount of minutes for free with the plan, and then charge per minute used over the number included in the plan.

Include VAT in Zoho Sub Plans
We'd like to include the VAT in Zoho Subscription Plans so that when we charge the customer, he gets an invoice with the right amount.
Let's say that the price list displayed on our website is 120€/month
If we charge with Zoho Subscritption, we have to make a plan for 112.80€ in order to get a total of 120€ (6% VAT).We'd like to have 120€ TVA included in the plan.

Add ACH to WorldPay
We would like to see you add ACH to the WorldPay gateway. This may require extending the WorldPay integration to Business (from Corporation) but we would want ACH added since we already have a relationship with WorldPay (rather than setting up another gateway like Forte)

$0 base metered invoice, based on timer, with auto charge
Right now there is no way to create a $0 metered subscription that will just charge a user the accrued hours at the end of the billing cycle.
- Please allow $0 base metered invoice
- Please allow the metered billing to be based on an accrued unit field (where we can use the api to insert hours)

Allow the option of resending the New Subscription notification email if an email is bounced due to wrong email address being entered.
If someone enters the wrong email address and the New Subscription email is bounced, there is currently no other way of sending resending this notification. We use this notification to provide information on our website t & c's so it is vital we can resend if it is bounced back for any reason.

Re-Organize Hosted Payment Page Fields
It would be great to be able to change the order of appearance for the fields in the hosted payment page. For example, in our use case (print subscriptions) it would be best if the order was Subscriber Information > Shipping Information > Billing Information (with a different Billing Name) > Credit Card Details

option to include VAT on widget pricing
option to include VAT on widget pricing, so instead of the vat excluded price showing, it shows the total amount, then this is broken down in checkout as normal.

Add images for add-ons or remove the missing image placeholder
It would be nice if there was an ability to also upload images for add-ons in subscriptions. Because you currently cannot the invoices print with a missing image icon which makes it look like we didn't upload an image to the customer. Alternatively it would be nice if the missing image icon was not there or if the add-ons appeared grouped with the main subscription items on the invoice. This would all just look more professional.

addon should have unit price editable
Currently, when editing/adding a subscription in the GUI, you cannot edit the unit price of an addon. You can only edit the total amount. So if I want to override the price, and I update the qty, I have to do the math myself and put in the total, rather than just being able to put in the qty and unit price and let it do the math for me. You can do this already on the plan, but not the addon.
