    Hi,

    Now, You can directly create and edit a subscription in Zoho CRM without having to push them from Zoho Subscriptions. To setup integration with Zoho CRM, follow the steps given below,

    1. Login  to your Zoho CRM account and head to Settings > Marketplace > Zoho > Zoho Finance Suite > Finance Modules > Edit > Enable Subscriptions and Recurring Billing option.
    2. Now Zoho Subscriptions tab will show up in Zoho CRM. Click ‘+ New Subscription’ button to create a new subscription.
    3. In Subscriptions list, click on the ‘Pencil’ icon to edit the particular subscription.

  2. Invoice Details Report

    It would be nice to have the customer's address show up in the Invoice Details report when it is exported.

  3. Assign Subscription Plan to Client Estimate

    Allow user to assign (Service) Subscription to ZOHO ESTIMATE with options such as First Billing Date, Subscription Duration, ect.

    When Client "accepts" the estimate allow for partial payment for SETUP FEE & Start subscription service on "date"

  5. Multiple Revenue Accounts

    Hi! We are a SaaS company, but we do sell professional services with our products. We have been using Z-S since it came out and are big fan! We also use Zoho Books.

    When we setup a new plan, it asks for a revenue account (GL account). What we need is a way for us to separate setup fees on plans into a different GL account than the recurring fees.

    The reason for this is software companies generally separate their one-time services from the recurring ones, such as licensing from implementation fees.

  6. Zoho CRM and Books Intergration

    I have Zoho Books Integrated with Zoho CRM. I would like to fully integrate with zoho subscription with Books and CRM at the same time.
    Currently it is integrated with CRM with Contacts and Accounts, But the data goes one way. can you make it that Zoho Subscriptions fully integrate with Zoho Books and Zoho CRM at the same time.

  9. Customer portal upsell button/option

    Within the customer portal there needs to be a way for customers to 'buy' more.If they have logged in to view their account then you have captured their interest. This means in sales and marketing terms that they are ready to buy again. There needs to be a way that they can be be upsold other one off products and or linked back to the website to buy additional products. For example.   13. Embed Customer Portal into Website

    The new customer portal is a great idea however, asking our clients to create another username/password to view the portal is confusing because they have already logged into our website.

    We would love the ability to generate a link to a customer portal, similarly to what we do for hosted pages.

    This would allow us to either iframe the portal into our site or give them a direct link that opens a new tab/window.

    The process that would work best for us:
    1) We make an API call supplying customer id and our usual API authentication keys

  14. Universal Coupon Code that works for any plan in your business in subscriptions

    If I give a coupon code to someone, it is for a specific plan, whereas it would be more useful for me to give a code that can be used on ANY PLAN or SUBSCRIPTION. The reason is that I work off referrals. Once they see my other options they may require something different and i cannot go out giving multiple coupon codes thats ridiculous. Please Help

  16. Add filter for Subscribers

    To the Customers list, please add an option to filter by active Subscribers.

    On the Customers list currently there are filters for:
    All Customers
    Active Customers
    Inactive Customers
    CRM Customers
    Non Subscribers...

    In my use case, I integrate with Zoho CRM, which contains a customer list of hundreds. Only a few customers have added subscription and it would be helpful to quickly find them to review their accounts (without having to remember them - that is already in the system!)

    At present , Non subscribers lists "customers with no active subscriptions"
    Inactive customers also included in the list.
    I want active participants in that List.
