Add maintenance cost for add-ons.
Add a maintenance cost as a percentage to add ons. EX: Accounting integration for a single charge of $995.00. Add 10% per year to support accounting integration.

Increase number of customer portal customers for subscriptions
You need to increase the number of allowed customer portal customers for subscriptions from 10 to unlimited. Setting a limit at 10 renders your product useless to me.

Coupon Code Needs to Have an Option to Affect SETUP FEE
Currently there is no easy way to have coupons either discount setup fees or completely remove setup fees. This is something that needs to be offered to allow for better marketing of services.
Please add this feature ASAP, I don't understand why SUBTOTALS would not be affected by coupons - seems like a large oversight.

Can my user pay in offline mode as net amount from multiple invoices using invoice link?
Say I have three invoices with amount of Rs.500 each. So total amount will as Rs.1500. Now user would have received three invoice emails from me with invoice link. As for I know, user have to click invoice link in each invoice to pay Rs.500. User need to press link in each invoice to pay all invoice amount, means he/she needs to click and make payment 3 times. Instead of this, is there any way to get single payment as RS.1500 from any of the invoice link?

Add dynamic email attachments that can include placeholders.
I.e. An agreement document PDF attached to the new signup email, with some static text and a box on the left with space for the agreement holders name, address, the plan they are on, the start date and the price etc.

Improve checkout flow for GoCardless payment gateway
To checkout with GoCardless using the hosted payment page the process is unnecessarily long and we have had many customers who have not completed the process completely as they think they have already completed it successfully.
The process goes like this; Complete customer information, click next > view plan summary, select payment method, click next > Redirected to GoCardless hosted payment page, fill out customer information AGAIN, click next, click confirm > Redirected back to Zoho hosted page with plan summary AGAIN, this time displaying a message that says "Successfully verified your Gocardless account" with a green tick and the…

Fantastic: I have an idea that I think would be great.
I love how it's set up with a drop down box to choose the sales person, this allows an honest sales rep to put a sale in another sales Rep's name. Could you take this 1 step further and I don't want to try to guess how you would do it but it it was possible for 2 reps to share a sale. This happens a lot with my ShowTeams & I always have to manually fix it. I understand if my suggestion doesn't make it, Zoho rocks either way. Thank you for everything.

Ability to Customs reports to see Serial Numbers and Batches
For now we can only custom the date range.
It will be good to have the possibility to see the serial numbers. For Instance if I want to see the sales in a range period with the associated Serial Numbers, I can't.

Allow Your customers add a new card or bank account through Customer Portal.
Change this to ALLOW because currently "Your customers can only update their card/bank details and not add a new card or bank account through Customer Portal"

Create URL with Coupon Code Added to Hosted Payment Page
I would love to be able to create a URL with a Coupon Code to automatically be added to the hosted payment page - much like is already capable with the URL modification for Add-Ons functionality on hosted payment page.

Establish Min-Max values on plans and add-ons
We would like clients to subscribe to our product with a minimum user of 5. We also want a maximum user limit for a specific plan after which client will have to switch to higher plan (next) that have unlimited users.
On hosted page, minimum value should be taken into consideration for user not to enter value below same for max value.3 votes -
Optional Billing Date Change for Recurring Billing Plan
We need to be able to change a billing date very quickly as a "ONE TIME" status. Instead of creating a new subscription, we need to be able to click on "Next Billing Date" and change it either a "One Time Change" Or "Recurring Change". This also needs to be able to move it Forward AND Backward in time. As ZOHO currently stands, you can't move a billing date forward in time. This is a major issue in the software. Allow to downgrade subscription plan from hosted page

The user can upgrade his subscription from a hosted page, But he cannot downgrade the plan from the hosted page, it's only allowed in the portal.
It would be great if he can downgrade his subscription plan from the hosted page.

Add created_time and update_time to batch exports for subscriptions
Currently there is no a way to export values of createdtime and updatedtime (probably DateTimeOffset?) values when you making a batch export. This making a challenge if you need to process only new or changed subscriptions subset for some import procedure, e. g. to bigquery or other database for analisys without making many of requests to zoho to obtain.

Add JSON export of subscriptions data to fetch them in same format as they arrive in subscription events
Having such export with detailed JSON data about subscriptions in same format as subscription data arrives to webhooks or returned via "Retrieve Subscription" API endpoint will allow to fetch customer. card, custom fields and notes detailed information avaialble without tons of requests to Zoho API.

Most of global payment gateways do not support or provide service to Bahrain , Users from Bahrain are using local payment gateways like CrediMax
I hear that it was in your development backlog already I wish if to see be able to use payment gateway feature on Zoho through CrediMax

Separate app for sales person
It would be great to have a separate portal or app for sales persons. In that way they can track the sales they have made and commission earned. It would also be an opportunity to incorporate some element of competition through Gamescope which is used in Zoho CRM.

On Invoice, Show Updated Discounted Rate Per Item When Coupon Applied
When you apply a coupon to subscription, the invoice to the customer only shows:
Item | Qty | Rate | Discount % | Amount
We would like our customers to be able to see their updated discounted rate per item (not subtotal) on the invoice.
For instance, it should look like:
Item | Qty | Rate | Discount % | Discounted Rated | Amount
Widget | 2 | $349 | 20% | $279.20 | $558.40
