    I'd like to see the ability of the admin to print reports of the subscribers in the various subscription products and plans.

    For example, in our ecosystem, all the users in Plan 1, we'd like to have a report that lists all of these users with the following fields ... NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER, $$BALANCE.

  2. ACH tracking

    Show the status of each and every ACH transaction within the Customer tab.
    The duration for processing is too long and the inability to know the outcome unless or until the entire process gets done is too far and having to manually go into my payment gateway account to check the status is rather cumbersome.

  3. Credit Card Associated with Subscription

    Customers can have multiple subscriptions (e.g., multiple stores) and should be able to charge different credit cards for each subscription. When I update a credit card on one subscription, it should not automatically change all subscription's payment methods for that customer.

  4. Varying renewal dates

    One of our products is a 12-month contract. The client should be billed the same day of each month (IE, the 18th, or the 30th). Of course, if they are a 31st renewal, some months they need to be charged on the 30th (or in the case of February, on the 28th).

    However, I set up a client for an 18th billing date, and when it ran, it was prorated and their renewal set for the 1st. Can we have the ability to use renewal dates other than the 1st of the month? Can we set them individually for each…

  6. A way for a task/call to show on home screen.

    The ability to see all calls/tasks for that day in a designated area.

  8. Add integration with Cardstream Payment Gateway

    Add an independent UK based payment gateway other than wordpay. Cardstream has direct integrations and accreditations with all the UK acquirers to work with any merchant account. Direct API which also supports subscriptions with recurring billing functionality.

  9. Update the Expiration Date

    Ability to edit and update the expiration date after setting up the subscription. It would be very helpful for people that already have one system but want to transition to your system

  10. Automatic VAT

    The ability to accomodate VAT automatically to a subscription, based on the country instead of having to create multiple plans for each and every country's VAT.

  14. Improve changing plan frequency when an invoice is due

    Let’s say a customer has subscribed to a 12 month plan. They are due to pay every year on the 3rd March. It has been a year since they signed up so they are sent an invoice for $200 to renew.

    If on the 6th March the customer decides to change to monthly billing and pay $20 per month before paying the due invoice, Zoho seems to handle it in a strange way.

    Here’s what happens:

    - Zoho creates an invoice of $20
    - Zoho credits the customer $200 
    - Zoho applies the credit to the $20 invoice

  15. Minimum Quantity number setting

    I would like to be able to set minimum quantity number in the checkout hosted page. Customer can put more units but not less then minimum.

  16. Service Time SCHEDULING

    Should be able to create the time at which the service is provided and associate the customer to the time.
    For Example
    In a Music School if Guitar classes are provided on Monday 4pm and Tuesday 5pm the customer can chose which time to go for the classes. and the school can check who come at what time and how many students come at a particular time slot

  18. Provide ability to modify subscription then regenerate invoice

    It would be great to have the ability to update the addons and usage after an invoice is generated at the start of the new term (say as a result of a mistake or failure of the usage collector that was meant to call the ZOHO API) and then have the invoice regenerated (replacing the old one) and if required (as if invoice already paid) an adjustment charged billed or credit note applied to the account

  19. portal

    Add an option to enable portal automatically every time a new subscription is created for a customer. We convert our customers (monthly recurring subscriptions) from Zoho CRM, not a website API. The only way to enable the client portal today is manually for every customer. this is too cumbersome and prone to human error (forgetting).

  20. Add more customisation to email notification

    I wish I could add more placeholders like my company logo, end of subscription date, on behalf of chosen salesperson
