list customers *without* a payment option associated
It'd be helpful to be able to list customers without a payment option associated. There is currently a customer view for those with a payment option. It'd be great if that were a built-in view or a filter option when creating a custom view.

Can you please enable billing on a custom daily basis (ie 15,30 days etc)?
All of the major gateways allow for custom recurring on a custom schedule, but Zoho forces a choice of a number of weeks, months or a year. So, 15 day billing, 30 day billing etc. is not possible. The majority of the competing products allow for this.

Free Trial Upgrade To Paid
Allow users to upgrade from Free Trial to Paid before the end of the free trial. In a software subscription model, a user may do a 30 day free trial where they receive a trial license. They may be ready to purchase after 10 days, and want their full license. There is no option in Zoho Subscriptions for the user to activate their subscription before the end of the free trial

Filter on custom fields in the subscriptions and invoice objects
We use custom fields to tag subscriptions and invoices to fit our workflow. Right now, without the ability to search based on those fields, I am having get full lists and iterate over them to find what I am looking for.

Option to Show Custom Fields with Own Section Only in Portal and/or Hosted Page
Currently, if you add a custom field in the customer module, you are forced to have that field both in the portal and hosted page.
It would be nice to choose whether you want it in the portal only or for both.
Sometimes you want the customer to provide you the necessary information after they have purchased the service and/or product instead of having it all on the hosted page, which will be overwhelming.
And have an own section (a separate tab, such as the account information and projects tab) in the portal to obtain the information to make it…

Change plans
In the customer portal, the customer should be able to view all the available plan and then switch from the existing plan to other plan.
Say there is Silver, Gold Platinum plans and a customer is a subscriber of Gold plan, then on the Change plan page, show all the available plan with the customers subscribed plan i.e. Gold plan selected. The customer selects the other plan and clicks submits, on confirmation switch the customer to other plan calling the Upgrade/Downgrade API in the Subscription system.4 votes -

Multiple Payment Gateway Integrations
Ability to integrate to multiple authorize.net (and other gateways) portals through one account. Most businesses have more than one merchant and having the ability to use them all in one place would make things a lot easier and more organized

Custom Customers Fields for selected plans
I have a few plans. One plan needs a custom field takes the customer's T-Shirt size. This is exclusively for this plan only, I dont want this custom field showing up anywhere else.

Recurring payments via debit card and netbanking
There should be an option for receiving recurring payments via debit card and net banking for Indian market since most haven’t switched over to credit card except for an affluent few. Please consider this feature.

When winning a deal we use Sales Orders to be able to process our orders but also offer monthly subscription options

New invoice status
Hi all!
It would be nice to implement some enhancements in invoice statuses. We disabled notifications for customers just to make sure that all invoices were generated properly but now all of them are marked as 'Sent'. After checking this, none of them have been sent actually so it's very confusing. Apart from that, at the moment there is no way to distinquish which invoices have been sent or not. Perhaps adding a new status, let's say "Generated" or "Not Sent" could be helpful in those cases.Cheers

Campaign / Channel
I would love to have a field or fields for marketing channels or campaigns. Have a field in the API that you can pass it into and then be able to report on my customers who came from a certain channel or campaign.
This would work nicely in Zoho as opposed to Google Analytics, because we could report on the Lifetime Value of certain channels and optimize our business based on it.
