  2. Field with date of when the credit card was updated

    When viewing clients credit cards a field with the date the credit card was added would allow me to distinguish between the new credit card the client entered and one already there. There is NO way to distinguish credit cards that have been updated other than the number/expiration but some times that stays the same.
    Simple option to add the date when the credit card was changed would help which was the LAST credit card your client updated without having to bother them or testing a charge and paying for the test.

  3. Adding Product Categories

    It would be great if we could create product categories and orgnaise the product tab based on the category. For example, creating a product category of 'Services' and 'Products' to sort between service and product related subscriptions.

  4. Ability to Change Page Layouts on Subscriptions + Customers

    Hi - it would be great if we could fully customize the page layouts of the Subscriptions and Customers pages (and everything else).

    There are extraneous fields I'd like to remove (e.g. Facebook, Twitter etc..), and custom fields I'd like to reorder. Thanks!

  6. Custom Single Sign on for customer portals similar to Freshdesk Client portal

    We are a SaaS product company and use Zoho subscription to manage our clients subscription. My clients already have a login to my product that they use and have subscribed to.

    Enabling Client portal for customers is great but not usable in cases like ours as we cannot have our customers create another disjoint user credentials.

    Similar scenario to this we use Freshdesk for our support team to manage customer support request and tickets and freshdesk also has a Client portal which allows users to create new tickets, search for Knowledge base for possible solution and see update on all…

  7. Sort the products view in alphabetical order

    The products view lists products in order created. It would be more than nice to view the products in an alphabetical order.

  8. Delete, Hide or Modify Cancelled Subscriptions

    Hi there,

    some sugesstions:

    1. It would be really useful for cancelled subsciptions to be hidden or have the functionality to be removed.

    2 If a cancelled subscription could be reactivated at a later date and you could amend the payment information.

    1. If you could also enable a override skip billing month and admin users have the functionality to override with a note that would also be helpful.

  9. option to include VAT on widget pricing

    option to include VAT on widget pricing, so instead of the vat excluded price showing, it shows the total amount, then this is broken down in checkout as normal.

  10. Use meaningful search fields

    Right now the search in the UI searches on these fields;
    Payment Mode
    Customer Name
    Plan Name

    The only field helpful in identifying a particular subscription is customer name. Other Zoho apps will also search the reference field, which typically stores external ids and is a very common search value for identifying a specific record and navigating to it.

  11. Use offline ticket printer

    I work for a Little mexican ISP, so far zoho seems like the best option to manage our montly payments/customer information data base, but I havent pitch this to my boss due to the lack of printer support, the system will be used mainly at the main office to take payments/check basic customer information, but arround 80% of our customers pay in cash and we print a ticket on a 58mm ticket printer, it would be cool to be able to get a print ticket option while taking a manual payment on the plataform, dont really need the suite to…

  13. Fine Grained User Role

    Option to restrict user role for particular product or plan or addons. Often in an organization there are multiple division or group handling different products. Giving user role more fine-grained control ensure safer operation and compatible with audit standard.

    It would be helpful if you could simply display a list of customers with current subscriptions, cancelled subscriptions, not current subscription but had one that expired, etc. The current ability to see customers is very restrictive.

    Now, Zoho Subscriptions allows you to automatically fetch the exchange rates for all the currencies that you have been added in your organisation. Follow the steps to enable this feature:
    1. Click on the Gear icon on the top right corner and go to the Currencies section.
    2. Click on the Enable exchange rate feeds button to enable this feature.
    3. Confirm your action by clicking on OK button in the pop-up that follows.
    4. Now whenever you create a transaction for an overseas customers with different currency, exchange rate will be automatically fetched and applied.
    If you wish to disable this feature at point of time, go to the currencies section again and click on the Disable exchange rate feeds button. If you have any queries, kindly drop us mail to support[at]zohosubscriptions.com

  18. Make dashboard customizable

    It would be fantastic to make the dashboard graph of activations vs cancelations customizable. For instance, add reactivations. expired subscriptions.

  19. Android app for Zoho Subscriptions

    There seem to be Android/iOS apps for all of Zoho's other services but there isn't one for Subscriptions yet. I feel like it'll happen eventually but I wanted to voice my interest/need/support for it to be developed!

    iOS application is now available in App Store and you can search for “Zoho Subscriptions” and download it. The application which we have released is the first version and we will make sure to update it periodically. For now, it has almost the most used features like Reports, Notifications and Settings. And as of now we don’t have Android application. We’ll keep you posted.

    UPDATE (29/08/18):

    The Android application is now available in Google Play Store and you can either search for ‘Zoho Subscriptions’ or you can use this link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.zoho.zsm to download it.

  20. We really need interationalisation/translations in all customer facing communications

    We have a multi-lingual site, and it would be very silly to have all subscription related communications only in english.
