Dear customers,

We are so happy to announce that the much-awaited Zoho Invoice – Zoho Sign integration is live! You can now digitally sign your estimates and invoices before emailing it to the customers. Also, you can receive the customers’ signature while they accept the estimates.
(Note: This is not available for the Indian edition of Zoho Invoice).

    Please Add signature this is a vital feature for a Mobile Worker to function.

    This feature has been ask several years ago, I cant believed it has no been added

    Proof of delivery so when we deliver the item to client they can sign off on remaining balance paid and order received.

    Digital Signature for Estimates/Invoices is available in CloudBooks. I switched to CloudBooks last week due to this feature.

    For Zoho Invoice I would like Signature Capture on my smartphone display or on a tablet or ipad. INVOICE2GO has this feature already.

    My advice on how to do this:
    If you click on the link of the Estimate which goes to the portal you can now only download and print the estimate from here. I would like to ask you to add a button here which says 'Accept' Once you click on Accept your name and signature are asked and the customer is done. We now have the signature and can proceed. This means it is a quite simple feature in the portal which you already have. Would love to hear the timeframe of this feature while this is the most upvoted feature in the list
