Customer Messaging in Portal
I am a psychotherapist and often have to share HIPAA material with clients. I know we did some kind of HIPAA compliance form when I first signed on with Zoho.
It would be great to be able to message with clients within the portal. They could be emailed a notification of new messages.
Attachments would be big plus.
