Invoices custom view

When creating a custom view for invoices, for "invoice state" criteria, the "unpaid" state is missing.

    I wish to make my custom view of invoices as default. When i search for some customer the view is changing to default view.Please advise

    I'd also like the option to create a custom view where the state IS NOT paid (as these are the invoices I'm normally concerned about on a day to day basis). At the moment I can only select IS when creating a custom view on Invoice Status.
