Invoice and Calendar Integration
Integrate events on the calendar with items in invoicing. Add something that searches a calendar within a date range, and then add the selected items to a new invoice.
Search for "Store Cleaning" between 6/1/16 and 6/30/16
Each time "Store cleaning" appears on the calendar would add a new item to the specified invoice.
This would be helpful for maintenance that recurs every month, improving on the current system of recurring invoices by allowing for months that have more of a certain day then others.
For example. A certain job is always performed on Wednesdays. June has 5 Wednesdays, calling for 5 items on an invoice. However, July only has 4 Wednesdays, causing the user to have to modify a recurring invoice every month.
We repair vehicles and it would be awesome to be able to complete an estimate and if the customer decides to go ahead with it convert to an invoice and schedule the vehicle in all at once. Or if customers want to know when they can come in we could look at the calendar and see what's available. We could manually enter start and finish times. Be much simpler than using Outlook Calendar or Google Calendar.
Very interested in this idea and whether it's possible or not.

I am having one Community Hall ( Wedding Hall) at Salem. We rent this place for people for a selected time and charged for this service along with others. We are fine with this invoice application but we need Google Calendar attached with this so that we can select from and to time with date to block that time in order to avoid duplicate booking of the same hall for two persons.
If you can provide this facility I would prefer to subscribe on yearly basis by paying the charges
