Retainer Invoice is not available as an option in the Indian Version. Please have a Proforma Invoice option created.

Auto apply advance payment to customer invoice
We are in business where we take advance payment from customer and then generate invoice basic consumption of the services at end of the month. Is it possible to auto settle invoice against any existing open payment of the customer automatically during invoice creation? This will save lot of time as otherwise one has to do it manually for hundred of customers one by one each month.

Have a list of correct formats able to be uploaded to invoices on the upload feature
Have a list of correct formats able to be uploaded to invoices on the upload feature. I can not find anywhere which formats are able to be attached as an uploaded document on an invoice, I tried sharing a google doc then downloaded as a pdf neither worked (size was 39 kb)

For Zoho invoice --- PM users should only be able to see projects to which they are assigned.
PM users should only be able to see projects to which they are assigned. This will be a challenge for any customers who have multiple project managers and do not wish for them to access projects they are not assigned to. Also, having a cost rate and bill rate would be helpful for billing purposes.

Amount in words only showing on right side. We need option to place it left side of the invoice.
If the amount in words shown on the left side of the invoice, we will get more space on the invoice for items/descriptions. At present, there is no option for where should we place the amount in words.

Add data variables to text fields
At the moment, it's possible to add date variables to item descriptions, like %(Month)% etc.
I would like to be able to add these to text fields too, e.g. the Order Number field.

EXPORT INVOICE option
Hello can we have an export invoice option as .csv or excel.
Currently only export is in ,pdf ie_ "Export as PDF"Ideal would be to select an invoice by the check boxes, under the "More" dropdown would be a selection to Export as .CVS" maybe right under "Export as PDF".

Work and sign with certificates
We need the capability to sign invoices with authorized digital certificates in order to give digitally sent invoices legal credibility. This is requested by law in some countries.

Update Zoho CRM Integration: Trigger Points
Zoho CRM Trigger Points (Invoice)
Currently only one option: "Create/Void an Invoice when a Deal is won/lost respectively"
Would like to break that down into two options. In my case, would like to void the invoice, when the Deal is lost, but not create when deal is won.

Have the time entry box refresh date on opening...
I leave this tab open all the time. I will enter timesheet data and it always adds the date that the page was first opened, not the date that I'm entering the hours worked. I assume the JS variable is being populated on page load, however, if you leave the page open, they all get that date.
For example, I do work for a client Monday the 28th, and I open Zoho and enter the time. Tuesday the 29th when I go to enter time for work done that day, it puts the date as the 28th.
It should refresh…

Add "Activity" tab for projects
The Activity tab helps keep track of communication, uploaded documents, and the latest updates within a project. Utilize this section for quick questions, updates, and sharing files from your computer or Google Drive.
Each project has an Activity tab which acts as a real time messaging feed for anyone who is invited into your Project. Direct a message to a particular person using @mentions, where you type the "@" symbol followed by the person’s name. Using an @mention will send the person you mentioned an email with your post.

Allow timesheet entry with zero time
I understand the benefit of requiring a valid time value for timesheet entries, but I've run into several instances where the number zero should be a valid entry (yet it fails validation).
Perfect example: I took yesterday off and would like an entry documenting the fact that I didn't work, and the reason why. It would be extremely handy in the future when auditing timesheets to know there is missing time.
