Update Zoho CRM Integration: Trigger Points

Currently only one option: "Create/Void an Invoice when a Deal is won/lost respectively"
Would like to break that down into two options. In my case, would like to void the invoice, when the Deal is lost, but not create when deal is won.

Choose send from multiple SMS numbers
We use Twilio, but have multiple SMS numbers geographically. It would be really helpful to be able to select which number to use for each customer, so that the messages are delivered in the same region as the customer.

Import Timesheet entries from Zoho Desk
The current Invoice-Desk integration moves the invoice functionality in to the Desk application. This is only of use if you only invoice based on tickets. If however you have other things you invoice for such as equipment, subscriptions, etc, this function is of no use because all of those are kept on the Zoho Invoice side. So I am stuck with either sending 2 invoices a month or manually re-entering time entires on the Invoice side.
It would be much more functional if time entries could be selectively imported from Desk in to Invoice and then on the Desk side…

Setmore integration
I use Sitemore for my bookings and unfortunately this does not have an invoice functionality.

USPS Shipping Integration
Need United States Postal Service shipping integration. Right now it's the only thing from saying the ZOHO is perfect for our company. It would be nice to be able to attach a tracking number to an invoice/sales order. Right now we have to use Stamps.com and manually update our PayPal with shipping info.

email tracking
Currently there is not a way to keep track of emails that have been sent, aside from copying yourself to the email.
Sometimes I need to follow-up with clients who have not paid in over 30 days, and if I did not cc myself then I do not have a copy of the original email.
I would like to see a copy of my email just incase I need to refer back to it.
I know the CRM integrates with Zoho Mail, so something similar to that would work.

Integrate with Quickbooks online plus a must
I love zoho invoice! Unfortunately, it needs to integrate with Quickbooks Online Plus for me to be able to continue to use it. I need this feature asap, or will have to find alternative invoicing solution.

CRM fields mapping and auto populating INVOICE fields
When integrating CRM and Invoice or Books. Currently there are only a few fields that are pulled thru from CRM to Invoice / Estimate. Allow Mapping of Custom fields or standard fields in CRM to map and Populate fields in Invoice / Estimate.
For example. Custom CRM field #1 = Custom Invoice Field #1

Single sign-on with Zoho Desk
Currently, customers have one login to the Zoho Desk and a separate login to zoho Invoice. Systems should integrate, when an account is created for invoicing, should allow login to support portal and vise-versa. Also, should have the ability to deny specific users from accessing invoices (only allow support portal access). And allow us to set super-user client that can deny access to invoices for users under their company.
