    Hi, it could be nice to choose the position of the acronym (abbreviation) of the currency in relation to the amount (on the right or on the left).
    Today It works on the invoices but not on the rest of the interface.

  4. Display NET REVENUE on dashboard

    Have the dashboard also display NET REVENUE (Sales-Expenses). Or maybe a way the user can modify the graph and info displayed on the dashboard.

  6. Bulk categorisation of uncategorised transactions

    1) I set rules under Manage rules before importing statements.
    2) All the rules were applied and properly categorised by applying the rules when I imported.
    3) After a few months, I notice around 100 transactions were new for which ' Rule 'could not be set up as it was found after a few months of. the transactions were imported. I had linked my Bank for direct import.

    Here is the catch: Presently, I need to select each and every un-categorised transaction to categorise wasting precious manhour.

    It would be appreciable to bulk categorise such un-categorised transaction of the same…

  7. As a business owner, I need the Dashboard pie chart to reflect accurate categories for expenses so I know what's being spent.

    There is a category called "Others". It isn't clear what this is pulling from. Everything has a category. I suspect this is keying off of any category that wasn't part of the system categories. But it isn't helpful.

    Share invoice Link URL is too long. It will be great if it uses a Short URL using the custom domain.

  9. Increase the number of customers per page on Customer tab

    200 is WAY too few records to display per page. Please increase the number of customers we can see at one time on the customers tab.

  11. Place PROJECTS on the left menu.

    There should be a place to go directly to "PROJECTS" from the left menu area. Why do I have to got to "Timesheet" first? I want to set up my projects before entering time.
    Being new to ZOHO, I found it extremely unintuitive to enter a project. Seems like one of the first things I wanted to do, but all of us had difficulty trying to figure out where to enter a new project.

  12. Zoho invoice dashboard: total receivables without tax

    I would really like to be able to see at a glance the total receivables before tax. I give the tax straight back (more or less) to the Govt and the toal receivables including tax gives me the wrong impression of how much I am owed. I'd really like to have the option of displaying total receivables nett of tax.

  14. Unbilled hours & Invoiced totals for the Month / Week

    I work as a Freelance designer, so I'm working on many projects at a time that are invoiced at different times, but I need to keep an eye on how much I have earned each month / week, wether this is unbilled or invoiced. I would really like to see a dashboard total for the month / week / year that includes invoiced and unbilled totals in ££ money as a grand total.

  15. Editable dashboard with total unbilled amount

    The dashboard is great, but it'd be better if we could re-arrange things based on personal importance and even turn on/off sections altogether. Also, I'd like to see the total unbilled hours and unbilled amount to-date. These numbers should also be broken out by either Client or Project so that I can easily see where the bulk of my time is spent. If the dashboard were editable, I would think it would be useful to allow admins to set in their preferences how they would like to view the numbers (as a total or broken out by client or project…

  16. Sales, Expenses and Receipts Report

    Currently "Sales and Expenses" data is only available from the dashboard and not separately under reports section limiting one to see data of 12 months/current FY or previous FY. It will be great if another dedicated report is added under reports section where one can see this report based on one's own filters like compare sales, expenses and receivables of last 5 years YOY or MOM or quarter wise!

  19. Total current assets for dashboard.

    I think that since there is a bank fee field we should have a "total current assets" widget on the dashboard that would show the total receivables/payments minus the total expenses for a accounting period. this way we can have a more accurate representation of our liquid assets.
