If you have an idea for a new feature that you want to see in Zoho Invoice, then you've reached the right place.

Feel free to post your ideas, comments, or suggestions in this space.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Integration with Adobe Creative Cloud suite

    There are millions of designers, motion graphic designers, video editors, web developers, photographers, ... worldwide that use the Adobe Creative Cloud suite throughout the whole day. Paymo (a rival of Zoho Invoice) is the only program that has time tracking built right into Adobe CC. The time tracker shows up as a palet in the programs. This is really handy because you all time that you log inside the program is automatically synchronized with the Paymo program. I think there is a huge market for this. I for one would be really happy with this feature!

  2. Conference travel funds donations

    I am organizing a conference in France with ten speakers from the USA. I would like to circulate an email with all ten speakers and a stripe pay button for each speakers’ bank account.

  3. CREDIT NOTES SYNCHRONIZED IN ZOHO FINANCE CRM MODULE

    The figures in my sales dashboards in Zoho CRM can not be true as the credit notes are not reachable from the CRM

    The salesteam need to know the real business number in real time to check their goal achivement

  4. Time log tool For Pc and Android

    time sheet and time log issues, currently you have to add notes to the time log before you start the timer you can't add notes while working and timer is running. On a PC you have to go to time sheets and edit notes after the fact. On android you have no options to edit notes

  5. Import currency from ECB

    The European bank offer a free currency file each day

    Would be nice to be able to import that automatically or manually

    Hi Steen,

    In Zoho Invoice, it’s possible to fetch automatic exchange rates by choosing the “Enable exchange rate fields” option under Settings > Currencies. This would fetch the exchange rates from ‘Open Exchange Rates’ (https://openexchangerates.org/).

  6. Zoho Invoice - Create an estimate using information from CRM Leads

    Use Zoho CRM with Invoice but the addresses only search for Accounts. If I create an estimate it is always for an unconverted Lead, currently they must be an account.

  7. Invoice and Calendar Integration

    Integrate events on the calendar with items in invoicing. Add something that searches a calendar within a date range, and then add the selected items to a new invoice.

    Ex.
    Search for "Store Cleaning" between 6/1/16 and 6/30/16
    Each time "Store cleaning" appears on the calendar would add a new item to the specified invoice.

    This would be helpful for maintenance that recurs every month, improving on the current system of recurring invoices by allowing for months that have more of a certain day then others.

    For example. A certain job is always performed on Wednesdays. June has 5 Wednesdays,…

  8. Geofencing

    I currently parse my Google Timeline kml files and strip out what I need to confirm my timesheet entries.. However, some timeheet apps now support geofencing.

    (Android-centric here)

    Updating the terms of service on the Zoho invoice app to allow location sharing and using geofencing Zoho users could mark their Contact's GPS coordinates (multiple sites per Contact) in Zoho. Then, with geofencing, when a Zoho user goes onto a client site a time-entry could be started and an alert generated on the phone. Same process when leaving an area.

  11. Integrate with ESP's

    Add integrations with ESP's like mailchimp, sendgrid, campaign monitor, mailwithus,... with support for transactional mailing to the extent to support a fine grained custom email template.

    Put the heavy lifting of formatting and sending the mails at the ESP instead of Zoho and thus offer far better emails capabilities than currently supported in zoho

  14. Add Estimates within Zoho Projects Integration

    Zoho projects is a great way to colloborate on an estimation and it would be nice to add this to allow us to quickly send out an estimate based on the time allotmant on tasks.

    Possible integration of Google Wallet - In the United Kingdom this means that we can receive payments with no fees c/f the % that PayPal might charge.

    An important part of any sales process is to ensure you’re speaking with the right person in an organization when working on an opportunity. However, when there are multiple contacts for each account, keeping track and reaching out to them seems to be an uphill battle- For which account should I contact whom? Who manages each department? And who reports to them?

    The right person with the highest decision-making power is vital for closing the deal and shortening the sales cycle. Instead of sending emails or interrupting others to ask for this information, the sales teams can view the information…
