While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. Negative invoice

    I had modified an invoice to give a credit to a customer, but their software would not allow them to change it on their work order. They require me to send them a SEPARATE NEGATIVE invoice.

    This is very problematic for me.

    Maybe there could be an option "check box" that allows you to create a negative invoice???

  3. Make labels for "Due by the end of this/next month" editable

    In France, payment terms are described either as net or "xx days end of month".
    "Due by the end of next month" do the job but I wish I could change this label for "xx days end of month" which is a mandatory legal information here in France.

    For example: "45 days end of month" means date of invoice + 45 days then last day of month (exactly end of next month in this case)

  4. Currently, in the templates for invoices, I would like the currency symbols to be included to avoid discrepancies for overseas payers

  5. Create a simple import from excel/page feature to update payment using invoice number only

    Current xls require too many details and time consuming. Invoice number alone is enough once uploaded review and post payments would be great.

  6. allow adding VAT to project hours for recurring invoices

    While it is possible to add taxes to items in recurring invoices, I cannot seem to find a setting to add taxes (VAT) to associated project hours.

    For now I let Zoho create the recurring invoice, remove the project hours, then add them back with the right tax. It would be nice if this was possible automatically.

  7. añadir la opción de pedidos y la de albaranes y que se pueda convertir de pedido a albaran y de albaran a factura

    Seria de mucha ayuda si se añadiese la opción de crear pedidos y albaranes. También convertir un pedido en albarán y un albarán poderlo facturar de manera fácil.

  10. auto update of manually set date fields within invoices

    Our services are performed over a monthly period of time that remains that same from month to month, yet the invoices must show the service period. We have set a From/To set of dates for invoices. Is there anyway to be able to either auto-update or bulk update on these fields?

  11. make a customizable remit area.

    I have a remit stub on the bottom of my invoice. I include a #9 window envelope with my invoices but because the address to my customer is on the right side I have to purchase a more expensive envelope. I would like to have the choice of layout to put the customer address on the left side instead.

  13. Deduction of tds,Retention amount & Advance deduction in % showing on invoice

    In total section in invoices there should be provision to add some custom button such as deduction of tds from total amount, deduction of retention from basic amount & deduction of advance payment in %

  14. Work and sign with certificates

    We need the capability to sign invoices with authorized digital certificates in order to give digitally sent invoices legal credibility. This is requested by law in some countries.

  15. Add data variables to text fields

    At the moment, it's possible to add date variables to item descriptions, like %(Month)% etc.

    I would like to be able to add these to text fields too, e.g. the Order Number field.

  17. Amount in words only showing on right side. We need option to place it left side of the invoice.

    If the amount in words shown on the left side of the invoice, we will get more space on the invoice for items/descriptions. At present, there is no option for where should we place the amount in words.

  19. Have a list of correct formats able to be uploaded to invoices on the upload feature

    Have a list of correct formats able to be uploaded to invoices on the upload feature. I can not find anywhere which formats are able to be attached as an uploaded document on an invoice, I tried sharing a google doc then downloaded as a pdf neither worked (size was 39 kb)

  20. Templates for different kinds of business

    Hi.
