Feel free to post your ideas, comments, or suggestions in this space.

While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  1. I use an Authenticator app already, stop asking me to download the Zoho authenticator

    I already have an authenticator app setup for 2FA - every other time I login I'm asked to stop using SMS and download the Zoho authenticator.

    My account settings show that I have 2FA turned on and that it's Google Authenticator - so 'the computer knows' Surely it's a simple lookup to determine those who are actually still using SMS and only show the prompt to those people.

    It's really annoying UX.

    Hi there,

    We appreciate you taking the time to explain it to us. I agree, the system shouldn’t have regularly prompted to use our Authenticator app, given the fact that you’re already using Google Authenticator.

    “Is it possible to upload all my customer data to Zoho?”
    - Absolutely! You can import all your customer data into Zoho Invoice by uploading it in CSV/TSV/XLS formats. You can refer this help doc to know more about it:

    “Is it possible to connect my Zoho Invoice organization with Nexpart?”
    - Though there is no direct integration between these services, for invoice creation and other functionalities, you can make use of our REST APIs.

  6. ability to add documents to print off with order or edit title of documents to print off

    To provide our services to customers we need to produce several documents for customer (invoice), production instructions (packing note could be used), fitting (delivery note) and a book keeper note (which could be a copy of the invoice) however, It would be helpful to either add these documents with appropriate titles or be able to edit the title of existing documents. Ultimately all four documents to be automatically produced as a pack rather then printed separately (optional).

  7. Show only phisical items on Packing Slips and Delivery note

    It's SO great Zoho has added one-button Packing Slips and Delivery note feature!
    Adding a simple check button "Show/Not show on Packing Slip" on the item properties, could made this feature way more useful and powerful, by allowing to automatically hide service (or not physical goods) from the Packing List/Delivery note.

  8. Allow Boolean (AND/OR) searches, or searches within a subset

    Searching by keywords is a useful way to cross-reference, check accuracy re: invoice and payment dates, etc.

    I can't currently filter customers by a combination of keywords since the search function only returns the exact string I entered.

    It would be great to be able to use AND and OR commands in a search, or to narrow down a search within a subset instead of having to search the entire database with a single search string and then rely on sorting the results to find what I'm looking for.

  9. Easy upgrade from mobile to standard subscription

    Am completely baffled why this is such a hard process. Am trying to do this currently however I have phoned and am still awaiting the email with directions. Have sent another email, and now the phones are not being answered. Very frustrating.

  19. Font & Format

    There needs to be a format and font feature like a word doc when creating new estimates and invoices. This is in the template feature but it needs to be dynamic and available for each individual invoice or estimate. Example, on my last invoice I wanted to highlight that the clients last invoice was over due but I have no way of highlighting it or bolding, underlining anything. Lame.

  20. .DOCX Customisable layout for Sales orders, Delivery Notes, Invoices etc

    instead of HTML option which is not very user friendly, have customisable .DOCX templates for all layouts like the competitor Xero.
    this uses merge fields and can be edited using MS Word for example - very easy to use and can get documents looking exactly like you want them rather than being restricted by the very basic templates in ZohoBooks
