While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

  2. Show Totals for Hours on Timesheet Filter Screen

    It would be very helpful in the Timesheet detailed client view, to see the total hours displayed in the current graph showing. When you look at a client view under Timesheets/Project it shows the running totals of Logged, Billable, Billed, Unbilled. The graph has the ability to filter by This Week, This Month, etc. and shows the hours by graph. It would be VERY HELPFUL to see a numerical value of the total hours shown in the graph, so when us freelancers are tracking the total number of hours billed for that client for the week so not to go…

  4. I use an Authenticator app already, stop asking me to download the Zoho authenticator

    I already have an authenticator app setup for 2FA - every other time I login I'm asked to stop using SMS and download the Zoho authenticator.

    My account settings show that I have 2FA turned on and that it's Google Authenticator - so 'the computer knows' Surely it's a simple lookup to determine those who are actually still using SMS and only show the prompt to those people.

    It's really annoying UX.

    Hi there,

    We appreciate you taking the time to explain it to us. I agree, the system shouldn’t have regularly prompted to use our Authenticator app, given the fact that you’re already using Google Authenticator.

  5. In timesheet calendar view, display the full Project and Task name as well as Start and End Times upon mouse-over.

This would save lots of time instead of having to clicking on the link to open the full time entry then having to close it again. Would make it much easier to browse through the time recorded on the calendar

  6. Commission on Sales/Invoices

    Separate form to enter commissions by line to correspond with an invoice, to pay commission to client/sales person.

  7. Allow email to be sent for items other than invoices.

    I would like to be able to send bulk status updates or important notification to my customers but I cannot seem to find an option for that.

  8. time

    The Weekly Log option allows multi entry, but does not appear to support the separate task types. If you enter two different rows of time with two different task types, it will collapse all time down to one row, which of course defeats the purpose.

    Zoho UK, the standard template and Company setup info does not conform to the Companies Act Requirements, editing the template to include this info produces a bit of a 'kludge'

  11. Timer to record seconds

    Although seconds are counted in the timer, they are not recorded on the timesheet, and the time recorded is by default rounded down to the nearest minute, which loses a lot of time in the final invoice. I don't want to round up and overcharge my clients. Please can the seconds timed be recorded on the timesheet?

    Thank you for posting on our feedback forum.

    Zoho Invoice doesn’t have the option to create purchase orders but you can do that with Zoho Books.

    Using Zoho Books, you can manage your sales as well as purchase transactions easily. If you already have a Zoho Invoice account, you can easily move it to Zoho Books using the steps here:

    CRM & People have Vietnamese language option; Invoice does not.
    Format so Vietnamese labels do not overlap

  14. Add "project" title info to email headline

    While sending emails: auto-templating and populating

    The (send) email and header of the .pdf is simply an estimate number when auto-populated.

    I would like to see the Project Title associated with the Number

    I.E.

    E-1234 vs (Project Name) "Exterior Painting" - E1234 from ECSW

  15. Two factor authentication - please support the Authy app

    Zoho needs to support more than Google Authenticator and their own authenticator app for secure login. Please add support for Authy.

  16. clients to be rewarded for making appointments

    I would love a credit system, whereas clients get a point, or points for every appoinment made, to which businesses can turn into a credit. This will help me reward those who go out of there way and help my business run smoothly.

  18. Recall start time

    When logging time, it would be useful if the timer recalled the start time. I sometimes forget to stop the timer and will come back the next day to find it ticking away. I usually remember when I stopped working so I could just input the stop time. As it is currently, I have to guess a total time since the system does not retain the start time.

  20. Start timer for a previous days task without having to log the same task because its a new day

    It would be very handy if I could just start a timesheet from the day before without needing to log the same task over and over again every day I need to use the same timesheet
