While we cannot promise a timeframe for everything posted here, we'll definitely consider all your valuable suggestions and work on them based on their feasibility.

    Integrate customer reviews on your website, so clients can see all the reviews and the total rating you have. Just like Trustpilot.

  2. Contact person needs to be separate for invoicing, estimates and client portals

    We deal with large companies and we contacts should not be able to see each other's invoices / estimates, etc. They should only see their own. They all belong to the same company, but they work in different departments.

    You should also be able to address email templates to the contact person and not the organisation.

  3. Allow clients to review service even without the client portal access

    I love the idea of using Zoho Invoice to collect feedback from my cusstomers. My business is a business in which we process one transaction with the customer, and we don't have any more business with this customer for several years down the road. Requesting my customers to create a user name/password for client portal doesn't make sense.

    I would like to see the client review functionality to work without enabling the client portal for my customer. This would allow business es like mine with one time customers to request feedback from the customer.
