  1. New American Standard S9V2 Furnace Electric Usage Seems High?

    I recently had a American Standard S9V2C100U5PSBB installed in our house. I was doing some power usage investigation at my main circuit breaker panel and found that when my furnace is running in first stage set on medium airflow (default) setting, furnace display shows 1400 CFM, I am getting a power draw between 850-900 watts on my True RMS Amp clamp (7.0-7.5amps @ 120v at panel) right at the dedicated breaker on my panel. I had the installing company out today fix some other issues and they did a total static pressure test and had 0.25" WC as the reading…

  4. Two locations within 0.5 miles of each other

    Hi there

    I have a real estate client who is opening a second office within 0.5 miles of the first one. Is it worth creating a Google My Business Listing for it or is there a risk one of them gets filtered out in SERPS?

  5. Daycare Center and Family Home Forum

    I hate my job today. Every one of my kids are irritating me.

    DCG3, DCG3, DCG4 fight ALL.DAY.EVERY.DAY. Most of them are only here 3-4 days/week.

    DCG2 starts shoving DCB1. For no reason at all, except that she is bigger than him. Like literally has him pinned against the couch with her arm pressed against his chest.

    All 4 DCGs mentioned above are extremely stubborn!!!

    DCB1 mentioned above cries about everything. If he doesn't get the toy he wants, if someone accidentally bumps him, if I mention the word "no".

  6. The fishing wasn't great. but the view was nice.

    Took my Mom fishing today. She doesn't move too well anymore so I try to get as close to the water to make it easier. Only got three smallies today. But the view is nice. Owyhee Reservoir Iowa. Just kidding it's Orygon.

    I read a couple of days ago that ghastly Sarah Moulds who was caught on video kicking and punching a horse has been sacked from her job as a teacher. Can't say I'm sorry. What I want to know is why she hasn’t got a criminal conviction ?

    Just like associating a numbering series for different types of documents for each branch, we should also be able to associate a default template for the different types of documents for each branch. Also, it would be good if we could provide a different logo for each branch

    Can anybody recommend me any free software for converting AVI files to a format for DVD players and the burning it to a DVD-R, doesn't have any watermarking and is ideally reasonably quick and easy to use??

  15. API / GUI Option to Mark Invoice as Sent

    I posted this idea some time ago. It has been marked as "Available" but it is not.

    I would like to be able to mark an invoice as sent when it is added (either via the API or when manually added via Books GUI).

    The main reason I want this functionality is that in many instances I do NOT want to email the invoice to my customer.
    To do this at present I have to post the invoice and then manually mark it as sent.

  16. Pain in the lower body! 

    Hi, could rebooting process cause any unknown pain in thighs, the area under belly, lower back, testicle..?
In my first streak which lasted two weeks I felt a little ache in those parts in the second week but I wasn't sure if it is because of the rebooting process or because I had lifted some heavy stuff... Now I'm on the second week of my second streak and I feel it is happening again!

  18. E8 400MM Stainless Automatic Gate Opener how to automate?

    Just got done installing this unit at my home, with the dual arm gate. Works flawless! Love it, highly recommend for the price point. Now... The real question is, how do I automate this bad larry!? Control box seems to have a million options and ports just wondering what to use and what device to make it work. Figuring a window sensor to let me know when the gate is being opened and closed and some sort of on/off switch to make the gate actuate?

    I need advice on how to set up the financial system for a group of companies dealing in property investment. Each company is holding a property (rental or a property being developed). There is a need for property management software for dealing with the lettings side and rent collection and of course accounting software.
