  2. Custom View : option to show/hide paperclip icon (for attachments)

    For Bills, You can see the paperclip on the right if there's an attachment. But not in any custom view.

  3. Vendor creation online form

    There should be an online vendor creation form for onboarding a vendor. This actually looks very professional if we do online registration. all document are submitted automatically.

  4. Enable multi zoho account in one mobile app

    I have multi zoho account for different business, and would like to ask if zoho book can have multi zoho account bundle (like in zoho mail) so I no need keep switch on and off for different account

  5. Expense detail

    You should be able to run an expense detail report - by category and showing the total of each category.

    Right now you can only see a category totals report and you cannot expand it by detail or you can run a detail report that has not total for each cateogry. This is a standard accounting report and needed for anyone who is self-employed in paticular. Thank you.

  6. Add facility to enter discount (% + amount) at line item level. Its very common in industry. Buyer gets discount itemwise.

    Add facility to enter discount (% + amount) on Purchase Bill, at line item level. Its very common in industry. Buyer gets discount itemwise.

    There is not any option to enter discount (given by supplier) itemwise on Purchase bill/ purchase order. Its a must have features. Basic invoicing features missing in zohobooks.

  7. Invoices track with the amount

    I am not able to track the invoices on the basis of the amount or the price , I should be able to search from amount also.

  8. Provide an improved workflow for CRM -> Project -> Finance

    It would be great if I could adopt a workflow which would allow the following:
    - In CRM: Create Estimate & Manage Workflow. Estimate costs by creating a draft project, and include this as part of WBS / SOW. Books gets a copy of both the sales & project documents.
    - Create Sales Order: Negotiate / Fine tune parameters, update project, attach to sales order for WBS purposes. Workflow managed in CRM, Books gets the updated project plan and sales order details.
    - Invoice: Send invoice from either CRM or Books. Project moves to approved status, portal is provisioned for…

  9. sorting options for catagorizing charges

    I think it would help to have sorting options besides date for sorting bank and CC card charges, especially helpful for setting up the account

  11. Authorize.Net Emulator or API Configuration

    Several Merchant Service Companies in the US have their own Credit Card API's or use an Authorize.net Emulator. Having the ability to change the Post URL would be amazing!!

  12. Addition of units measurements for payments in projects and keeping a track

    In the project section, can payment terms not be in units of Kgs of job done, as some contracts might be paid in kgs of items prepared for the client. it could spill over to estimates too.

  14. Deletion of Items associated with Zoho Checkout Payment Pages

    Please, solve the problem that the payment pages created in Zoho Checkout cannot be deleted just like Items in Zoho Books associated with them.
    At the moment one can only mark the payment pages as inactive in Zoho Checkout, and after that also mark the items as inactive in Zoho Books.

  15. Template Package: why not more templates and more customization?

    My request is to have more Package templates, with the same styles of other documents (Quote, Invoice, etc.) and have the same possibilities of customization of them.
    At moment there's just one template and with just few editables fields.

  16. Generate a pop up alert when a customer is chosen when creating an invoice or quote

    It would be helpful if a pop up alert is generated when a customer is chosen when creating an invoice or quote. For example if customer is no longer able to purchase due to a bad debt or past due account.

  20. Enable multiple currencies for CONTACTS

    We are a fashion retail business and our customers can shop different sales channels. We can only attribute 1 currency to 1 customer so when a client wants to pay in different currencies we have to create a new contact for them. Please allow customers to pay in multiple currencies under 1 CONTACT
