  2. Filter : Quotes by sales person

    Hey, it would be great to have a filter on quotes by sales person. I can't see how many quotes (and the amount of the pipeline) have been done by salesman for a specific period.

  5. While we filter with criteria we would like to get the total of it. Nice to add a calculator tab as well.

    Try enhancing your filtering options by adding total to every advance filter that is made. Also try adding a calculator tab as in Tally. Also provide shortcut keys to enable tabs and features like we do in tally and other erp softwares so we can avoid using mouse and finish our work at a faster pace.

  6. There can be a editable and non editable of field data of stock items in invoicing.

    There can be a editable and non editable SETTING option of field data of stock items in invoicing.

    bcz , when a user is given rights only to create a invoice, there are lot of chanaces to change the price of a item and invoice, which is un easy to check for a admin to always check the price was invoiced right as set while creating the item.

  7. Categorizing- Reference option that copys description automatically

    I greatly appreciate the recognized transactions feature. A way to optimize this would be to have an option that automatically copies the description of transactions and enters it in the reference #. Without this, you manually have to copy and paste the description into the reference # and is very time consuming. If this is already possible somehow, I would love to learn how to do it. Thanks again for the great software.

    Users often mistakenly enters hours in holiday, eg: Sunday. An option to define certain days as holiday is preferred

    In Australian edition:
    Requirement to show GST for New Zealand on invoices but do not want to report if for BAS as it is reported and paid separately

  10. Change INR currency symbol

    On default the currency symbol in Preferences->Currencies, the INR symbol is shown as 'Rs'. I would like to see the INR symbol as '₹'. Although I can change the symbol manually.

  13. sub contacts

    PLEASE, PLEASE add sub contacts!!! This is the one thing that really sets you apart from Quickbooks. It is a necessity when your work is in the service industry and you have multiple locations through one company. Even unlimited shipping addresses would help. We work with management companies that can have a hundred locations. This would put your software ahead of Quickbooks!

  14. Please provide the ability to sync the new Attention field from Books to CRM

    Love the newly added ATTENTION field for Contacts in Zoho Books, but even though I've created a custom field called ATTENTION in Zoho CRM so that I can associate the fields for my sync, Zoho will not provide me the option in the integration interface to associate the ATTENTION field at all.

  15. Ability to set default view for my reports to THIS YEAR instead of THIS MONTH

  16. Block entry in ledger for user

    I want to block user to entry in a sub account. Like Under Cash in hand I will create 3 sub account. Like Cash 1, Cash 2, Cash 3. I want a way to block user 1 to entry in Cash 2 and Cash 3 so that he can only use cash 1.

  17. CRM/Books Integration -

    We lose a ton of options because we choose to use Books. Here is a list of what we lose by using books. It doesn't seem smart to penalize your customers when they choose to add more of your services.

    1 - No Docusign in Books
    2 - The HTML options are limited when creating a custom estimate template.
    3 - Terms & Conditions has a word count max.
    4 - Not able to manually approve an estimate in CRM

  18. Add third party payment collection agency option

    in INDIA there is one category who collect payment from your customer and gives you weekly or monthly payout

  20. Save and New Option for Bills

    It would be more efficient when bulk entering bills to have a "Save & New" option. Instead of having to save each bill and then click on create a new bill you could simply click "save and new" and a new bill screen would automatically load.
