Reconciliation Filter
Filter transactions by In-Progress Reconciliation - unchecked/checked items.
To find transactions easier that you are working on, rather than 'searching' for individual items or long scrolling of all transactions.

invoices
When we invoice somebody, after completion of the invoice it should prompt that it should be billed to some vendor too. And if somebody skips the entry it should flash a message "are you sure you dont want this product to be billed to the vendor" The prompt will reduce the chance of missing the entry. and the books could be maintained diligently. This will be helpful for the service industry where many a products are being bought and sold the same day.

In the General ledger or Account detail report needs more info like the Memo line or Name used.
The General ledger or Account transactions report needs more info the Vendor field and description field like the Memo line will provide more useful information for the accountant reviewing the info in Zoho.

Seperate unit column in invoice
Unit column to separate in invoice as if the invoice has inventory item and non inventory item , then unit appears for inventory item and for non inventory same needs to be mentioned in the item description. consistency in the invoice template is diluted

Set Invoice Defaults for entry listings
It would be helpful to have a way to set defaults when creating an invoice (globally and/or per project). For example, under "Project Invoice Information" I want to set "Show all timesheet entries individually" for all projects, show "Task Name" and show "timesheet notes" Currently, I have to set each of these each time.

allow me when reconciling a payment to a customer to fill out the invoice number rather than the customer name as an option.
We receive many payments from customers into our bank account who use the invoice number as the reference. Currently I have to keep a window open separately to check invoice numbers to obtain a name. An extra field in the customer payment option to categorize will save hours.

CUSTOM FIELDS for BILLS
I know I can have custom fields for EXPENSES but is it possible allow this for BILLS? Basically theyre both costs, so its irrelevant if it’s a BILL or EXPENSE.
Also, can you make those fields mandatory?

Provide an option to edit, add or remove expense category. This was available in Zoho Invoice but not in Zoho books.

Sync Zoho Books contacts with both Zoho CRM Lead and Contacts
Currently Zoho Books only does have a job at syncing contacts with Zoho CRM. You can only assigned Leads or Contacts but not both. I think it should have the option to do both.

I need to update the note field for a timesheet throughout the day but this seems to be a limitation in your app.
On the mobile app, I need to update the note field throughout the day but this seems to be a limitation in your app. I cannot leave the Time Sheet without completing the time, even if I have the Timer running. So I have to start the timer, open a notepad to record the jobs I am performing and then stop the timer and copy and paste my notes from notepad into the notes field in timesheet.

Offer some kind of discount for Multiple Businesses. I have 3-4 business that I track but $120.00 / year is too much for a new small business / idea / person that has 3-4 ideas cooking. Most other cloud sites allow you to maintain several businesses within the system. I am being forced to move my other businesses to another service like wave becaue of the cost / expense.
