  1. Be able to track sales agent and production staff member who did the work.

    I would like to be able track which person brought the client to the firm (sales agent) in terms of dollars collected by the client and track who did the work (staff member). An owner may bring a client to the firm (sales agent) but may not do the work; we need to measure value of who grows the firm as well as who did the work (for bonuses).

  2. Improve "Time to Get Paid"

    This report could be very useful, but at the moment it is pretty useless. It has no customization options available. The worst part is that column headers (0-15 DAYS, etc) just don't relate to anything. IF those were adjustable then people could change the report to reflect their businesses payment terms.

  3. Been Able to choose more fields in Account Receivable Reports

    It is very important and easy to add more fields when custom one of the reports.
    Fields like City or State in the Custumer Balance Summary is basic, same in aging sumary.
    I need to have a report where I can filter or export to Excel how much money per City clients owe me. Make this report it is very dificult. Add few columns to this report will fix this issue.

  5. The option to export an Item list that include all item details plus the inventory should be added.

    The option to export an Item list that include all item details plus the inventory should be added. The current export tool only includes the opening inventory and this information needs to be supplemented with up to date info on the current status of inventory per item.

  6. Expected date of recovery

    There should be a report based on expected date of recovery and connected sales person to it. Its helpful to know when debt shall be recovered across the organization to that cash flow can be ensured.

  7. Reminders with the same set of configuration

    Possibility to have reminders with the same set of configurations so it would be possible to set reminders in different languages.

  10. Add Links to Add Expense to Recognise for Bank Rec

    When I travel I take photos of receipts using the app and record the expense. When it comes time to reconcile the bank transactions the possible matches on the right have generic titles of 'Expense for', Amount and Date. Would save time if these could be clickable or have a more descriptive title to easily match against the bank transaction. For any amounts I need to check I have to go out of the banking rec area and find the expense added to see if that is the correct one to match.

  13. All the tasks defined for project should be available during INVOICE preparation

    My business involves only fixed cost projects therefore there will not be any LOG Entry. In this case I will appreciate if you provide fields for all tasks defined for the project while creating Invoice, which will definitely help.

  15. For Payments allow a setting to not allow credit cards over a certain amount

    For some of our larger invoices, we lose a lot on the credit card fees, having an overall dashboard setting to not allow credit card payments for invoices over a certain amount would be helpful

  16. New credit card gateway with zoho books, invoice.. BIG MONEY SAVINGS TO GET THIS IN

    the software is known as 911 or creditline, you can pick your own processor it works with all of them. There is a one time license fee. there are no batching fees or transaction fees added like others. they also have an online gateway cloud9. You are not locked into any one processor, you can pick who you want to use based on the rates they are offering.They will work with ZOHO all integration from there end is free. This would be a great win for the ZOHO clients to pick the processor they want with out fees being add…

  17. Have a snapshot feature

    I would recommend that you have a feature so that the entire organization incl current data can be snapshot into a dummy organization. That way users can test changes like taxes etc in the test system before applying them to production. Currently the feature of clone settings is limited in terms of data copy.

  18. More grouping options when generating invoices from time sheets

    More grouping options would be very useful when generating an invoice from timesheet entries. In particular I would like to be able to group hours by project by week and project by month. Task by week/month might also be useful.

    In Invoice for every single item detail their should be discount% box like you have give in bottom for all product which is very good, but if you add this feature your invoice will be BEST ONLINE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE.
