  2. Create and lodge Company Tax Return to Australian Taxation Office (ATO)

    Many small companies prepare their own accounts and use Zoho Books - next step after producing P&L, BS, Cash Flow, BAS (Zoho reports) is to submit Company Tax Return to the Australian Taxation Office. A tax return is relatively easy for small businesses (e.g. assets, liabilities totals and COS/expenses) but you need to either use another accounting system which has SBR (Standard Business Reporting) functionality with machine credentials into the ATO or fill in the PDF (paper) version of the return.

  5. change account to sync to in quickbooks online

    When Zoho invoice syncs to QuickBooks online it chooses the account it's going to sync to in QBO and sometimes creates a new account. Please provide a way for me to go into Zoho invoice and tell it what QBO account I want the payments to sync to.

  7. Improve Zoho Books' Avalara Integration for Multi-Location Tax Calculation

    We conduct business at multiple locations and often host in-person sales events, primarily in Tennessee, an origin-based sales tax state, requiring accurate tax calculation for each location. While Avalara supports multiple locations, Zoho Books' integration limits tax calculation to a single location, or "Company Code". This creates challenges during sales events, as we need to calculate origin-based tax accurately. The integration should allow selecting from Avalara's multiple locations at the transaction level to ensure sales tax is calculated based on the sale location, rather than defaulting to the customer's billing or shipping address.

  8. Offer some kind of discount for Multiple Businesses I have 3-4 business tha I track but $120.00

    Offer some kind of discount for Multiple Businesses. I have 3-4 business that I track but $120.00 / year is too much for a new small business / idea / person that has 3-4 ideas cooking. Most other cloud sites allow you to maintain several businesses within the system. I am being forced to move my other businesses to another service like wave becaue of the cost / expense.

  9. Open the integration between Zoho Book & Shopify to Singapore

    Hi,
    As Shopify is officially launch in Singapore and people are starting to use Shoipify for their ecommerce. May we suggest Zoho to consider open up the existing integration between Book & Shopify to Singapore or even Asia market?

  10. Ownership

    Ownership of a contact in CRM needs to carry over to Books when it syncs. Staff in Books that are only able to see contacts assigned to them are unable to, resulting in an admin having to reassign ownership once again in Books.

  12. Dashboard Notes

    As a manager I thisk very helpful to have a place where write notes like Post It Notes, or Simply like a notepad in the dashboard that will be ever on top and maybe can have ckeck lists because is very usefull to have a place that all the users can see frecuently tasks or notes about whatever thing and can check o mark as ready or delete.

  15. Fix the Zoho Books Timer icon for the Chrome addon

    I love the Zoho Books Timer addon (on Chrome), however the design of the icon is so complicated for 16 pixels that it's not clear at all (not to mention far from the identity symbol I associate with Zoho). Rethinking/updating this icon would be a tiny move that would have huge impact on the user experience if the timer. Thanks!

  19. Please provide the ability to sync the new Attention field from Books to CRM

    Love the newly added ATTENTION field for Contacts in Zoho Books, but even though I've created a custom field called ATTENTION in Zoho CRM so that I can associate the fields for my sync, Zoho will not provide me the option in the integration interface to associate the ATTENTION field at all.

  20. Suggestion 2

    AR and AP Accounts:

    ZOHO Books have hard coded the AP and AR accounts and hence even if i have to use my own coded Chart of Accounts , I can't define an AR and AP account of my choice. I suggest, you could provide a this as a configuration item (initial setting) where-by the user will provide the desired AR and AP account name from the list of accounts created and you could mark this for automatic posting only.
