Multiple companies under 1 client
I have an unusual situation where a client has 6 companies which I would like to link under the 1 client as he pays with 1 cheque and the credits are against 1 company so I cannot use them for the other companies. Could you add this as a feature similar to the way you can add vendors to customers? Thank you

To Assign Customer more then One User
Dear ZOHO Team I want to Assign Specific Customer more then One User (Operator). for example We have two User One Enter Invoice and One Received Payments from Invoiced Customer so i want to assign that customer to Both User but it is not working mean Specific customer can be assign to one user only...

Multiple clients under one company
We have multiple clients from the same company
1) We Require separate link
i ) to check for company wise details
ii ) to check for customer wise details.just like "Display Name"
With the facility we have now, we get duplicate contacts.
2) Payments are also made for multiple clients from same company in one transaction.
i ) Finding difficulty in matching payments to multiple clients from single payment.
ii ) Could not generate Outstanding receivables report by company wise.

Make a way to email top clients
Do you realize there is NO way to email your best clients?
There is not a connection to any part of Zoho that allows you to target them.You can manually tag them as they are spending but there isn't a process to automatically tag or update or filter and then send a campaign or marketing hub journey to them.
We need this integration.

Add a context field or comment field for additional addresses
Many Customers have multiple locations and invoices are created in context of a specific location. I need some sort of description field for each address that is only there to help identify the location. Even a simple customizable categorization (Home, Work, Business etc) would be helpful. This is provided in every contanct system I am aware of.

Recent Items Floating Tab
I'd like to see the recent Items floating side tab that we see in Zoho CRM giving quick access to recent contacts/bills/invoices etc as I find it speeds navigation tremendously

To not chose "taxable" or "not taxable" when creating customer.
Sometimes it's taxable sometimes it's not. Also below 30k revenue there is no need for taxes and above there is. So that's not something that depends on the customer

Better contact search
It would be very helpful if you could search three fields when using the quick search feature. I would like to be able to enter a name in the quick search field and have it check the contact name, email address and company name fields. It seems to currently only search the email and contact display name.

Print a Contact
We are a gun club and like to verify members each month. You should have a way to a simply do a quick print of the customer (name, address, phone, etc) that can print during check in of the client, so they can quickly verify all their information is correct, like may dr's offices do. I would really like to see this feature soon. Thanks!!

to make it possible to create a customer and to divide it by its branch like a chain supermarkets.
For example we had a costumer that has 5 supermarkets around the country, and at the end of the year we need to have a statment for all transactions in one place.

sub contacts
PLEASE, PLEASE add sub contacts!!! This is the one thing that really sets you apart from Quickbooks. It is a necessity when your work is in the service industry and you have multiple locations through one company. Even unlimited shipping addresses would help. We work with management companies that can have a hundred locations. This would put your software ahead of Quickbooks!
