PDF from email template
Ability to download an email template as PDF. It would be great to have the option to send the template as an email or download as it as PDF from the CRM and Books, that way it is very ease to create contracts with customized information by clients and be able to download it and send it through Sign.

Allowing Journal entries to select all ledgers
In manual JV mode the option to select VAT/GST Ledgers are not provided which is needed because of the following reason:
When any invoice is received from a party and that person has used roundoff feature for tax ledgers,
Suppose Bill of 100 (13.5% Tax instead of 13.5, the bill is showing me 14 due to round off)I have to put the same entry party is charging me for, but zoho doesnt allow manual adjustment in tax figures. So in my book it will be 13.5 only.
Now to clear this mismatch so that my tax figures and payments…

Allow Customers to link to Bills via Import from CSV
Currently, the Bills allows me to import a column for Customers, but that column does not work. Even though I map the Customers to our Bills during an import, I still have to manually go through each Bill to attach the Customers. It would be extremely time-saving to allow me to link these Customers to each Bill automatically.

Allowing a Contact being a vendor and a customer with multiple GSTs for both roles

I would like
I would to suggest that the customer statement or even vendor statement to show ageing analysis at the end of the statement. Its difficult to collect outstanding amounts if customers cant see the amounts which are 60,90 and 120 plus over due.
Currently the customer show total amount and from that amount you need to determine which is 90 days plus over due.

Custom options in the dropdowns
That allows to load values from a json file, xml or csv among others.
Allow dropdown groups to be made to filter content according to the selected value.

Allow download and upload of Bank information for Contacts from one Organization to another
Currently upon integration of Banking with ICICI the bank information is entered in the vendor contacts. The same is not being downloaded or there is no option to export the same into a file.

Listing Sales Record under each contact
Under each contact, there is a tab of Sales, where it shows the invoice/ sales order/ expense record of each customer. However, if you want to know what is inside the invoice, you have to click into it individually. Is there an option to reveal all items purchased in one list in chronological order?

Enable click on income graph in customer overview to show the related transactions of that income
In customer Module -> customer View there is no way to see any sales without invoice.
In the overview tab, the Icome Graph show the income by month, and the amount if over with the mouse.
However you can't know to which transaction are related this income unless you go to search for this transaction in the banking module, or you generate a report that include the sales without invoice in the report.It will be much easier and faster just to click on the month income bar of the graph, to show all the related transaction of that customer…

Import addresses
Currently, we can export customers additional addresses.
But we cannot import.
This is very much needed, especially when migrating from other software and some customers can have 100's of addresses.3 votes -
