3. Give an option for Credit Customer Balance and Debit Vendor Balance

   While creating a new customer, there should be an option to assign credit opening balance there itself. Creating a credit note and assigning opening balance is difficult to explain to audit team.

5. When setting up a customer in Books you should be able to designate and email or emails as the primary one for invoices.

   Currently the primary email for a customer in Books is the default email. This presents a problem when sending invoices. In most cases the primary contact and the invoice person are different. We should be able to designate an email las an invoice email.

   When a customer clicks a payment link within an invoice and they make the payment, we cannot reuse that card for future transactions. We have to request card info or send a new payment link. Can you enable it so that the customer makes the first payment and then refers to that card in the future.

    Enable Custom fields to assigned to company. Most of the customer have more than one staff/truck, and the staffs/trucks are unique, apply automatically, so that we do not need to manually key in the custom field and manually choose the company. This will save me a lot of times with no error.

    Hi, the total amount received / billed to a customer used to be displayed on the customer contact summary screen. Since the timeline has been added this has disappeared. Could it be added back in as our staff found it useful to see what a customer had spent with us when talking with them on the phone.

19. Salesperson set customer level

    Wholesale businesses use a specific salesperson for each customer. Each customer's salesperson is used every order and every re-order that the customer places whether the order is placed with the salesperson themselves, by fax, placed customer service or even if it is placed with a different salesperson.

    Because of this, when creating a new customer record, we need to be able to set the salesperson in that customer record and then each time a new order or invoice for that customer is created the new order will set to the default Salesperson which was setup in the Customer record.

    Because of this, when creating a new customer record, we need to be able to set the salesperson in that customer record and then each time a new order or invoice for that customer is created the new order will set to the default Salesperson which was setup in the Customer record.
